1. There are frequent issues when shopping, especially with selecting colors and sizes. For example, choosing “white” often leads to other colors being shown instead.
2. After viewing a product and going back to the previous page, the site always resets to the beginning rather than returning to where I left off. When trying to load more items (e.g., 70 products at a time), the page often crashes or shows an error after 2–3 times. This hasn’t been improved, which can be frustrating for users who just want to continue browsing without starting over.
3. There’s no quick-buy option — you always have to click into each product to purchase, and again, the site returns to the very top afterward.
4. Refund processing takes quite a long time.
That said, I’ve still managed to find a few items I really liked at great prices. I hope the website can eventually reach the same level of user experience as Zalando.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. My order was send back to their distribution hub because the parcel was broken and I have never received it. It’s been A MONTH and I have never received my refund. Last week one of your operators (I have the screenshot to prove it) told me that in three days I would have received the refund. It’s been another week and I haven’t seen my money back

Everything was fine for almost two years of my orders. But now it's a disaster. There is no customer service at all. Disable your AI Oliver, because it is useless.
In the end, I waited for my return label for several weeks. Now I have been waiting for a refund for the returned items for 21 days. I am forced to write letters to the service every day, every day I have to deal with your AI, which you obviously do not know how to work with. It is useless and does not solve the problem. Each time I am forced to waste time and write the same thing to different emails and through your website, which, by the way, has also become extremely crooked.
Your AI does not switch me to a human, at my request. It simply does nothing, just sends automatic responses, automatically closing the ticket, and then it also asks to "rate the quality of the service". Ridiculous!
It was and remains a nightmare. Your service has slid to -100 over the past six months. I think you should seriously think about your management processes, because dropping your rating and getting dozens of negative reviews in such a short time is downright powerful.

I placed an order on 27 November, which has not arrived. I have complained to Otrium via the contact form and by writing to the official Instagram account and have received no response. I will not buy from them again and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone. I feel ripped off.
Trying to exchange something. Because the shoes were not the one I ordered. It seems to be impossible. The very friendly robot is giving me not the right answer. I do not have a link or qr code to use
Absolute nightmare! Package opened. Bag in parcel opened and torn ! The brand-name clothe I bought (dress) was stained, damaged and in catastrophic condition. I have the photos in my possession. Outrageous! An impossible gift! RUN AWAY. I expect a return and a full refund as soon as possible. Shameful !
