Ridiculous return policy
Shipping is 6,95€, no free returns. Returning items would cost one another 6,95€ which they will deduct from the reimbursement. They will also deduct from the reimbursement any discount. In the end, you’ll get only something like 65 percent of your money. I’m never shopping from Otrium again.

We're deducting the return fee of 6,95€ from your refund, but not any discount. The discount "deducted" at your overview is just the amount you have saved by using one of our discount codes and therefore never paid this amount. We would like to ask you to get in touch with our customer service, so they can send you a detailed overview.
At Otrium we believe it is important to be transparent about the costs of delivering and returning an order. We have therefore chosen to offer you as our customer the best price for an item, whereby the delivery and return costs are only charged when an order is placed or returned.
Returns are also unfortunately still a big problem in the fashion industry, due to the millions of returned garments that are thrown away or destroyed every year. At Otrium we want to avoid this by processing a return with all care, so that every item gets what it deserves to get another chance on our platform and find a suitable owner. Our aim is to make 100% of the returned items sellable again, which is why we ask our customers to make their own contribution in the form of paying return costs.

Amazing brands with good prices. Be careful with sizes, they can be very different even for items of the same brand. Paid shipping is always a downside.

Very poor customer experience with delivery/return fees
I am leaving this review based on my last experience with the business where I placed an order of 26,98 EUR for 2 items, paid the 5,95 EUR delivery. When I received my order, one of the items was extremely large so I returned this and kept the other article which cost me 11,99 EUR. When I got refunded, I was shocked to see that I only received 8.49€ back because the business decided to charge me 6,50 for the return. So in total I lost 12,49 of return costs, because the business decided to. In the end, the sweater ended up at 24,48. I should have just kept the Item returned and resold it on Vinted given the original order cost me only 2,50 EUR more. Very abusive and not customer oriented at all. It is ridiculous that these situations still happen in the eCommerce space today. I just deleted all my accounts and will not recommend the business to any of my friends.

It is true that we charge 5,95€ for the delivery from our warehouse to the customer and if an order will be returned, we do charge 6,50€ return fee. At Otrium, we try to offer the best possible price for an item and we communicate our return costs in a transparent way, to raise awareness for the processes that are not visible to the customer, when returning an item.

Size Filter Rocks
I am so grateful to Otrium, their great styles and easy to use website. Many high streets shops where I live in Germany don't stock much above UK16 / EU44 so shopping for me (EU44-46) has always been a disappointing event. With Otrium the search filter size option means I never have to fall in love with an item that is not available in my size ever again.

Disappointed!! Ordered a dress but received a top...
First time ordering from this company and I'm extremely disappointed. The delivery was quick I give them that, reason I gave 2 stars.....however, i ordered a dress and received a top (blouse). This left me incredibly shocked, raising doubt and credibility in this company. It has been difficult making contact with this company. Being no fault of mine, I would expect a full refund including delivery paid for wrong items received. This company needs to start taking responsibility for their incompetence.
