My husband and I first spoke with OTS for advice in Summer 2022 when his application for a Visa with another solicitor was refused. We followed their advice and instructed them with our Spouse Visa case in October 2022.
Philip and Dhaya were fantastic throughout the process. We had Zoom calls to discuss the progress of our application and we provided all the relevant documents which were collated and uploaded by OTS who completed the application for us.
We were notified in January 2023 that the option for priority service was now available which we took and then received our successful outcome within 10 days.
Overall, Philip and Dhaya made this whole process much less stressful for us both and we would happily recommend OTS to others for support with their immigration matters.

I know Mrs behzard one of the best solicitor. She is very helpful. I see my life lots solicitor doesn't want to explain everything. But Mrs behzard she give time to claint as much as possible. I had Ruth Rauch in OTS solicitor sent me an email on Sunday to quit the case when she asked me to pay £780 more for a meeting Which was not on instruction.
I have 3 days to file a defence which she set this day to the court and she didn’t provide any information that if I asked her to get another counsel and she insisted using a very junior counsel qualified(2021 ) , I didn’t say no. But she quit my case on Sunday without discussing with me and let me to instruct another law firm. I have been experiencing panic and all day for this and all my other stuff got delay and I still could not find another solicitor who can do such short notice . Avoid!

It was a rough road to a fiancé visa to UK these days. With that said, Behzad Sharmin made it manageable and did all the hard work! After the long extended wait, we received positive results thanks to all her thorough work and dedication!

First of all, I would like to say that Nolliene is an angel heaven sent to us. She gave us hope when we’re about to lose one. Just to share, prior to reaching out to Nollienne, we applied for unmarried dependent visa and marriage visit visa but both got denied. This were devastating news for us especially that all we wanted is to be together. We’re same sex couple and we don’t have much options. Nollienne gave us hope and helped us through on what we should do, unlike other solicitors who rejected us and don’t want to represent us anymore because of what happened. She’s very diligent and very helpful. I just recently received my marriage visit visa approval this week and while doing my testimony, I am in the airport bound to Heathrow. I will definitely : 100% recommend Nolliene who is the Head of the Landlord and Tenant Department. Seriously, it is wonderful to have a lawyer who’s truly on your side.
