Their easy-apply feature is one of the best I've seen, with an interface that keeps your profile from getting too cluttered. Applications go out fast, and the dashboard lets you keep track of which companies are at which stage of the interview process.

Would prefer if the arrow keys didn't switch between jobs while browsing, but it didn't cause too much hassle.

One of the two job offers I received this week was from a job found via Otta, so companies are definitely using them!

I like otta in principle. The matching and search is cool. However, I’ve realised that otta has been gatekeeping jobs from me which meet all my requirements. Over the last few months I’ve had a max of 10 match recommendations from Otta.

And I’ve recently found other jobs advertised elsewhere (which have been posted on otta) to apply for which I’ve never been able to find through the app. By the time I’ve found them I’ve missed the boat as they were posted around 2 months ago.

Ive also heard friends having similar experiences that jobs are drip fed to them. Probably to give the sense that they’re constantly getting new jobs on their site but they’re always old ones.

Would be so much better if you could also browse all jobs.

I think they made the experience so much easier and work that is reliable.

Easy to navigate website that that gives me a lot of information to digest quickly. Super helpful during a job search. The only thing I wish they would add is a feature to dismiss jobs to never see them again. Otherwise, they keep appearing in your feed.

The only job site I use now.

It offers me only things relevant to my requirements and the website is so well laid out.

Otta have successfully managed to land me my last 3 jobs :) (tech layoffs were not their fault, and one was an offer I didn't end up accepting!)

I've had the most responses, most relevant info from Otta and just able to really streamline my job search with them. Could not recommend them enough!

I hope they expand to other cities soon as well, I would love to see roles in Manchester for instance!

Found a job for the second time in Otta. I always recommend it to friends.

Otta is user-friendly, learns from the jobs you save and don't save, and gives helpful detailed descriptions of the companies.

The only cons are that not every relevant job is available on Otta so there were roles that I'd like to track that were not on Otta. I also would love a way to search for specific companies or roles.

I really enjoyed your UI. Otta makes it quick to see all the pertinent information I would need to know about the job posting. And I appreciate how quickly Otta gets new postings added.

Otta is hands-down the best platform out there for sourcing and managing open positions and job applications. It isn't perfect, but it is still a vast improvement on everything else I've used.

Easy to navigate and personalize. I appreciated the built-in tracking features and filters.

Has a great source of specific jobs to help with the searching process. Otta also provides added information collated and you can get updates and reach out to contacts via otta.

It is really narrowing down positions i am looking for with no action from my side. Very simple.
