Poor handling of things LOTS of broken pieces, terrible service!

It has been our fourth move in 10 years and it's been the only time that i have things broken, but not only glasses and mugs, but lamps, decorations, furniture- the wooden legs of my table where broken which talks about the careless handling of my things. Even one vintage furniture that I payed EXTRA to get caution for it was damaged.
The packing team in NY was ok but since minute one the person in charge was specifing me that usually the tip ranges from 15 to 20% which btw is false but the fact that he mentioned it before even finishing the job was outrageous. I did ended up giving this amount just so I had my stuff taken well care of, which was so delusional of me.

The worst part was after the packing- so the estimated time that I was told was between 3 and 10 business days, although they swore that it would be shorter than this ( which it wasn't) but after the packing ZERO follow up was made from their end, zero info of where my stuff was, of when was it going to be shipped etc, my husband needed to call daily to have some kind of answer and they where super un professional at the phone, telling him at first that the truck already left NY and then the next day they weren't sure so this was a nightmare.

When our things arrived 10 days after, was the worst service, the guys where complaining all the time that there where a lot of boxes, then they just threw literally everything in my living room and didn't event finish assembling the furniture, they handled my things poorly and just wanted to get out of there.

So bottom line, I know the estimates are more competitive than other companies but you get a terrible service for that saving, and the worst thing is all the broken / damaged things that you loose for ever.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND OTTER! go somewhere else if you have things you care for.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Lack of integrity ! DISHONEST practice! Bait & Switch; high pressure tactics; every dirty used car salesman strategy ; ridiculous upselling after stringing your belongings all over everywhere. HORRIBLE PACKING! Does NOT deliver on service agreed to.

I.They were late arriving (Gregory came up 1st then eventually two others came) they started shoving things in bins - no organization whatsoever . Shoes electronics, medicine & all in the same box.
I can't find my Xbox. The router and modem have no cords (so after more than a week I still have no internet)

Side note: when my 9 yr old commented on how they weren't putting anything where they actually belonged one of them told them " don't worry it's a Piece of Cake " , then another one exclaimed "more like piece of [what rhymes with 'pit' & begins with the letters 'sh']

2. I moved within the same borough (literally a mile away) and accepted the quote for packing + unpacking. The stalled in the middle of the day for so long and would not continue until I paid twice what I originally agreed to. 3k from a 450 sq foot space to a 2 bedroom

3.They tried swindling more money when they left about 30% of my things at the old place (including my cane) & claim I would need to pay for a second truck the next day. Also, told me something had to be taken a part and magically the following day the 2nd crew took it out in one piece..

4. They left me with cardboard boxes EVERYWHERE. NOT unpacked. They unpacked maybe 4 or so boxes and shoved bathroom items in the kitchen cupboards. The worst were the boxes left in the yard. SNOW came. Rain came. All my stuff is damaged. Pictures speak for themselves

5. Called for reimbursement multiple times and I got a B. S story about them sending me an email for feedback and that my original sales person Peter would call me.
(Supposedly Feedback department issues "refunds" etc ...I am yet to get said call.)
