I’ve rarely experienced such professional and responsive service. The optician replied quickly and clearly via WhatsApp, showing great flexibility and care. I was traveling between two cities with a very tight window for delivery, and he went out of his way to make sure the glasses were ready and delivered right on time. Truly impressive customer service: attentive, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend!
You can trust this website! I ordered the eyeglasses on Monday, July 7 and I got them in New Jersey, USA on Wednesday July 9!!! Unbelievable!

My wife and I had seen the glasses we wanted on our last trip to Rome. Tried them and finally didn't buy them. Back to Canada we regretted not buying those. That's when we went online and found Izzo Optics 1970, they had the glasses on their site. We wanted another color, they checked, yes available, they ordered what we wanted. Bought online from Portugal and the Product came in great condition. The sunglasses are flawless and the packaging was secured with filling. I don’t have the same experience directly from the brands website. I’m astonished with the level of detail and care by Otica Izzo. I also contacted the store via email to help me with stock information and they quickly replied me back and had a great care even me being e new customer.
