Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! They sent me the wrong item, a bed drawer, even though I ordered a steam cleaner. No possibility of someone coming to pick it up to send it back, so now I have to carry it to the post, being in advanced pregnancy. Not even a return label was included, so I would have to pay for myself the return costs for their mistake! Of course, I would have to wait for many days to get my refund! The customer service on the phone was AWFUL!! The man was screaming on the phone, trying to prove that Otto is a great company and that the carrier company have to have made a mistake, it can't be them!! Not helpful at all and totally unprofessional and rude! That was the first and last order I made at Otto, never again!

Liars
Liars, schlafsofa have false dimensions. Do not believe in the measures presented on the site, in reality the dimensions are not like those presented on the site. You order and pay for a schlafsofa model and it sends you another model. Not recommended, false advertising on the site. For 50 euros you give back, it does not mean that you do not write something and sell something else. The product bought from Otto versand does not correspond to your description.

I will never order again!
The persons from the customer service are very friendly. But I received a damaged table. And it takes up to 6 weeks to get the money back because although they see that the table already arrived, they will refund the money not before they booked the table back in their stock. And as I'm located in Austria and the table came from their German warehouse, I now will have to wait until the German warehouse receives the table from the Austrian warehouse. So I got a broken table which took 6 weeks delivery time and I have to wait again approx. 6 weeks (3 already passed by) until they refund the money. That means I borrowed them money for 6 weeks for free. Thank you, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
