Love my new mattress, I didn't realise how past it, my last one was until my 1st night. Delivered quickly, if it lasts eight-ten years its a bargain

Excellent service. Very efficient, helpful and professional.

Very happy with my OTTY Pure Hybrid Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal, which I've been using for 14 nights now. It is medium/firm but doesn't feel hard, is comfortable and seems to support my spine well. I no longer suffer with a stiff lower back first thing in the morning, which I did with my old mattress. Another family member has used the same model of mattress for more than four years and is still happy with it. Top marks for the mattress itself.

My reason for not giving 5 stars is that I didn't hear back from OTTY for over two weeks after receiving their order confirmation email on 25 January and might have waited longer had I not chased the order. The information in the email gave the misleading impression that that mattress would be received within a few days when it actually took 3-4 weeks (dispatched on day 17, passed to courier on day 21 and delivered on day 25). The courier (DX) delivered the mattress on my chosen day and at a convenient time within the stated timeslot, and communication from them was good. The moral of the story is chase the order if you need to and don't get rid of your old mattress until you've received the new one. Thankfully, I didn't.

It's unfortunate that OTTY has received so many one star reviews on here purely because their previous courier (ArrowXL) was so unreliable and caused backlog issues. The product itself is excellent, and I would recommend it to others with the proviso that they might have to wait weeks rather than days to receive it. Hopefully, the situation is starting to improve with the new courier in place since January this year.

Description of mattress perfect. Medium firm is firm. Delivered on time. Email notifications were good. Online purchase good. Mattress was good value. Would recommend.

I’m really happy with my mattress. It’s very comfortable and a few months on it’s still supporting my body very well. I would have given a 5 star review but the delivery experience let down my overall experience. The communication was poor about the delivery day and the men who eventually delivered it were unhelpful.

Having paid for a premium delivery to the room of our choice, the delivery team asked us to help get the mattress off the van and into our house, up the stairs and onto the bed! Otty refunded the delivery charge and were great about it and apologetic. Good experience ordering and very happy with the service and product otherwise.

One of the mattresses we received had a massive stain (apparently an oil stain) once unwrapped. We provided pictures and it was changed. The mattresses themselves are good and the company dealt professionally with the problem. The 4 stars instead of 5 are only because we had to wait to get the mattress we needed.

Top marks for ease of online purchase, mattress guide and excellent delivery service. I am very happy with my purchase. It’s a great improvement on my old mattress.

Took 3 months for order to arrive, no order updates from company. Had to chase up order myself. No reply from CS email, had to call them.

Great bed. Seems to have alleviated my back pain which was the goal of buying a new mattress.

Great hard firm mattress. I am a futon mattress on the floor man and this hybrid mattress is very hard.

The mattress topper was far to soft and giving for my body and I had to remove it part way through the first night as I was in pain

Really comfortable nights sleep and if we wake up in the early hours we get back to sleep quickly and have lots of dreams which didn’t happen with our old mattress. No more uncomfortable shoulder ache from sleeping on side.

Guarentee isnt worth the toilet paper it is written on. 4 years into a 10 year guarentee, centre of the mattress visibly collapses, and they refuse repair. Refuse escalation, and rude to boot.

Took our old mattress which we paid for left without a mattress for 5nights and wouldn’t return our old one. Then delivered a new one 5days late and 2days later tried to deliver another one.
Useless! No one knows what the other is doing and all they say is it’s the delivery companies fault. Appalling, both mattresses returned will never buy again. See less

Bought an Otty pillow alongside an Emma pillow. Both good but preferred the Otty. My wife also liked the Otty and used another for some time before finding it was a little high for her and she switched to the Emma. Either way, we liked it so much we bought two of the mattresses. When you first jump on they feel very soft but actually the support is great. So we are happy so far - about four weeks into the pillow and two weeks into the mattress.

The whole experience of changing our matress to a slightly softer matress was very easy with no problems at all.

I have had an OTTY mattress for 15 years so had to have another. Superb quality and comfort. Delivery was quick and on time

The products I ordered seemed very good quality, although they didn’t suit me in the end. And over the months of dealing with Otty, customer service was prompt and helpful.

However, their courier was utterly incompetent, with one returned item it took several weeks to receive the refund and another item I returned )within trial period) was never refunded at all.
