I only received a part of my order

I only received a part of my order. The Air Flow Straighter was not delivered. I did receive the blow dryer. The contact form on their website didn't accept the order number that I have on my order confirmation email. So, I guess I'm out of luck here. I also couldn't download the PDF Invoice attached to my order confirmation mail. Error Code.
Would not order from them again. In addition, the blow dryer Air Flow 6 smells when in use. Cheap product.
