worst company and wrost customer service I have ever seen
I am writing to complain that I have suffered a very unpleasant purchase experience through this website. Firstly, they sent me ticket with wrong date which is one month exactly later than I expected, and they branded SSL secured website, but no password required and they proceeded my transaction. So I wrote to ask for help, they told me to mail everything related to proof to their Brussels office, I did that as they required and I received a mail from them it said the refund was completed, however no real transaction proceeded.
Right now they still require me to send the proof of not receiving the refund to their Brussels office, apparently this is a default related to defraud, my ticket reference is QJVYMC in its website and please do not trust this website if you want same experience like me.

Do not use this site!
Ever since i used this site they have spamed me constantly for close to a year. Also, they sell the contact information i given them to third partys who also spam me. They refuse to delete my personal data and they refuse to give me a phone-number where i can call them or a e-mail address where i can contact them. The "contact-forms" on their english version of the webbpage have been broken for many years. If you try to contact them via the french version of the webbpage they just respond with "please write in french" (written in french...).
If i write to them on a public forum, like facebook, they publicly promise that now they have deleted the data. But via mail they tell me to write a letter, in french, and send it to their office in Belgium. I have done that twice but they still do not delete the personal data.
