Easy buying

Cheap. - only 60. Easy to set up and so pleased I bought my wife one for 40. We are both fully satisfied. So cheap that if they don't last long it doesn't matter.

I recently brought the oukitel c61 and got to say it is a load of rubbish no nfc at all some apps aren't supported wouldn't recommend this phone at all

Never received the phone. Customer support is non-existent or just incompetent to the point they sent me a screen shot of the couriers updates which showed there was an issue and told me its on its way there is no issue. I am so glad I paid very Paypal as the PayPal complaints process looks like the only way I am going to get my money back.

update: No response from Oukitel, no response from them to Paypal dispute. Paypal refunded the cost.

This Oukitel phone was a complete nightmare. After changing the battery optimization settings, the lock screen stopped responding — I couldn’t even enter my PIN. I tried every reset and recovery method online with no success. I then took it to a professional phone repair shop, and even the technician couldn’t fix it after trying to reset the software three separate times. The phone remained completely unusable. In the end, out of pure frustration, I smashed it with a hammer. Terrible quality and reliability — avoid this brand at all costs

Have been pondering this purchase, but today was greeted with a 10% discount code.
Previously emailed customer service with questions and got prompt replies. If product works as planned we will be purchasing a large quantity to affix to our fleet of rental off-road vehicles.

Two months ago I buy Oukitel WP300.
My enjoy with this hone was for short time because first, the claimed big technological success to have a watch and earbud in same piece, never used like earbud, was a stupid moment when the Smartwatch fly from bracelet and was screen broken. Finally I got another smartwatch, extra. The sistem from bracelet is total primitive and insecure.
The bad things is the camera who doesn't work properly and is foggy.. blurred.. unclear.. no support from oukitel.. no even another camera system to can buy for replace..
Oukitel will don't care.. about sale warranty or support.. they only sell..
They pretend this phone model, WP300 can make video under water.. good joke .. main purchases can't make a clear picture in usual mode... in the rain the screen starting to be crazy 🤪.. so.. it's only an expensive toy..
So Finally.. think well before purchase something from Oukitel ...

Bought a phone through Amazon from Oukitel. All was great, only if the phone would work for a little bit longer as it stopped working - complete brick - in just over a year. I've written an email to their customers services if they can help with what has happened and got apparently automated reply a day later stating that they are on holiday and can be contacted in 2 week during Chinese working hours only. Not very serious company to take care of customers with such a lame excuse.

Excellent service!!! I ordered a Rugged tablet and a Rugged smartphone. Only the tablet reached it's destination in a retaped package, the phone had been stolen somewhere along the way. Contacted Oukitel and they immediately sended a new phone!! Very fast response and excellent service!! Thank you very much!! I definitely recommend Oukitel!!

The constantly bouncing Add to Cart button was already annoying me. Then I got interrupted by a phone call while I had the item in my cart. When I finish the call I complete my purchase. Then when I check my email later they've sent me 13 emails with a code for a discount. So not only did they spam me with an email every minute I was gone, but I didn't even get the discount.

Ordered a phone and watch from these con artists, cheap watch arrived and they tried to say phone was also in the package? I used PayPal to complete transaction which was a good thing as I had to complain and raise a case against these con merchants good job there was a weight on the package that was received I took photo and uploaded to PayPal filed a case against these vile people and won my case , if you want to loose your money they purchase from these con merchants but I would steer well clear as they can not be trusted thanks to PayPal for my refund

I got a rugged case for my phone and when I put it together the screen would not work so I had to loosen the screws. This made it not water tight and water got inside the case and I had to take it apart and clean the water off phone to make it work again. Also effic the reception of the phone. Muffled when talking on loud speaker. Would not recommend

I suspect this company is dishonest or even a scam, ordered accepted 1 week ago, paid extra for delivery and emailed to customer support which have been ignored. No reply, no phone, totally ghosted. Time to contact my credit card company regarding cancelling the payment. I wouldn't use them again.

Tried to buy an Oukitel telephone on their online shop. Ordered, waited 3 months, didn't receive anything. Order was finally terminated, but they haven't returned the money.

Oukitel bt 13: The worst smartwatch I've ever seen: it allows virtually no interaction. The measurements, heart rate, and pedometer are bizarre. The blood pressure measurement is ridiculous: it doesn't give you blood pressure readings, but tells you "relaxed"... the weather only connects every now and then. It's crazy to keep a product like this on the market.
