Fantastic local estate agent, the staff have been great from viewing properties to finally collecting the keys to our new home last week. I have recently sold my house through Oulshams. I have had excellent service from all the team from my initial valuation up to completion. Having sold houses before through various agents I can highly recommend the team at Oulsnams as you get that extra personal service. Which is so helpful when selling a property.

House sale went very smoothly, probably helped by the fact that there wasn't a complicated chain. I approached Oulsnams, who had done a previous house valuation for me. Victoria and the team were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the sale. Marketing of the property was done quickly to get the property out there. The second viewing provided an acceptable offer which I took.
Oulsnam's suggested a company called Breezemove, who provide information on a selection of conveyancing solicitors with cost details. This was very useful, as these solicitors were geared to getting the completion done quickly. If I had chosen a local solicitor I don't think it would have completed anywhere near as quick. From accepting the offer to completion was two months.
