I’ve been renting from Robert oulsnams and company for 5 years all in all. In my first flat then when I wanted to move to somewhere bigger they made the process simple and easy. Since being In my house Shania Benton has made it effortless any problem I have had she’s sorted them quickly and is always responding to emails and phone calls quickly i always get a reply on the same day if I email. Whenever I’ve had an issue or problem she’s been there to sort it out and I’ve never not felt like I can not contact her. When I’ve needed stuff amending or some help she’s always been there to sort it out.
If I ever wanted to move I would stay with Shania snd her company but right now I’m more than happy in my property

Had a good experience with the Barnt Green office initially. However, had to chase them to arrange a viewing despite leaving a voicemail and sending an email.

The staff at Oulsnam, Barnt Green have been absolutely brilliant, when things tarted to become stressful they were there to push things along between parties, and I always trusted them to come back to me when they said they would. The staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much to ask, I would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home in and around Barnt Green.
