It was first-rate from beginning to end. We felt we had excellent service and good advice throughout, from a really friendly and knowledgeable team.

Really good communication throughout, liaising with the buyer and solicitors and updating us regularly. A friendly, personal service.

We used Oulsnam Estate Agents to sell a residential property. Throughout the process, the sales team were helpful and supportive. The process was quite lengthy but we were kept up to date with developments. They were quick to return our calls and made efforts to address any issues in a timely manner. They were upfront about the costs for their services and were always honest and realistic. I would recommend them.

Ben was fantastic, customer focused & organised. He and his team are simply the best.

Sold my house quickly! Extremely grateful for the help in selling my home after my mothers passing. Oulsnam listed the house in Sept 2024 and by the middle of Oct 2024 it was sold or under contract subject to sale. The closing date was in the middle of Dec 2024. To be fair there are only two negatives. One was when we wanted to list the home for more money, Oulsnam told us we would not get that price. But they did list the home for what we thought was fair market value and it was sold for 5 thou less than that. Not bad, considering their initial asking price was lower than our final sale price. I believe the owners should have absolute say in the asking price and there should be no question in this regard. The other negative was after the sale our sales agent did call us for the new owners inquiry regarding something with the home. We didn't mind this however the new owners now have our contact number. This isn't a problem per se, but I would suggest that contact is done maybe thru email or just through the agent only. Overall my experience with the agent was great and we can highly recommend Oulsman to anyone wanting to sell their property. We have another property and will use them again for the next sale. Excellent experience from start to finish.

We have recently sold our house with Oulsnams’ at Bearwood and they have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I primarily dealt with Debbie but had contact with everyone there at some stage and really can’t recommend them highly enough. They were very friendly, helpful and professional at all times and their knowledge of the local property market is excellent. The viewings were accompanied by Claire who was also amazing, she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
