I was unaware of the purchase of membership I had made. I emailed the support team and asked for immediate cancellation of the membership, as this was something that I would not continue to use.
I promptly received a reply email from Imani who immediately cancelled my membership and as a gesture of good faith, refunded my membership fee. I am very happy with the response and process that has occurred.

The second person was better, but I still faced some issues similar to the first. The third person, however, was absolutely understanding; she was very nice and easy to talk to. I have not seen the products offered as I was redirected to the website. Somehow, this experience is not really favorable for me who has trusted online transactions before. It made me more cautious on browsing and connecting with the internet.
