So far a pretty bad experience in claims. Branch hired an unlicensed contractor and then proceeded to also be hired to work on products requiring certifications which he never had. So now damaged equipment from this event along with voided warrantees. Branch is back tracking and trying to claim no fault for who they hired. Insurance companies aren't your friend or therr for you they will hire someone off of Craigslist before they hire a qualified employee to work on specialized equipment that's for 911 service. They now want to hire more people at their discretion uhhh that's a big No if I cannot check these folks for proper documentation then they aren't stepping on my property. Do you see this Branch? Maybe this will get the point acrossed.
