Excellent service, excellent product.... I'm a happy bunny!

My 2011 iMac finally gave up on me. I was advised by my computer shop to purchase a reconditioned version with a relatively recent operating system. I purchased this one from you - supported by Ventura and it looks new. Really enjoying the much greater speed and resolution. And from ordering to installing my old computer's data, it took 2 days to resolve. I'd recommend to everyone

Very fast reliable company

I was really concerned buying a refurbished computer on line but I found the right one on Our Deal at a really competitive price. It was a smooth transaction, delivery and absolutely pleased with my purchase.

Once I selected my model and spec of 1Tb ssd storage and 16gb Ram. I sat back and waited to see how they performed. It also has the Retina display which has amazing clarity.
Delivery was promised in 2 days and my computer arrived bang on time.
For a refurbished model I am extremely impressed at the condition. The whole thing is gleaming and the quality appears first class.
All of this was helped by extremely good packaging.
All in all a good experience for a great price, less than half that of a new machine!!

My Mac book arrived next day and was up and running almost straight away. The fact that I was able to purchase an extended warranty for a discounted price was very reassuring too. There have been some confusion with my first order which was resolved quickly and with plenty of support, next laptop arrived and it was in great used condition, definitely value for money!
