this company uses dark marketing techniques to scam users, avoid them at all cost even though they attempt to ease things once they escalate

They are scamming people. I paid money on a website for discount for a backpack and ended up creating an account with them without knowing. It wasn't their URL. I tried to cancel my subscription and said that the cancellation will happen in two weeks.

I was troubling with some issues unto My account, I requested some help and finally Elsa was a Big help to me, understood My situation and has gave me a resolution, appreciate your team work

Not really sure but they doing well items of customer care they are amazing .

Only used them a couple of times but hard to fault and marshall went the extra mile when I spoke to him
