Things where resolved easily and quickly

Very friend and efficient customer service. Explained everything very well

Total scam. Put charge on card for much more than the claimed "offer" , then website states it's a renewing subscription rather than a purchase, company based in Cyprus not in the uk. Avoid.

For all others. This company emails you after you put up a bad review, and offers to give you a refund IF you change your review to positive, This is the actual statement in their email -

This may explain the number of odd reviews, that never mention any goods actually being purchased.

This is a company that has no moral sent a fake email be-tending to b itvx took money from my account so have reported them for feud and will b posueing them for the money they stole from my account may b only a few pounds but it the principle. an update the company has now refunded my money in full much appreciated shame it had to a bad review customer reputations are so important. consider the matter closed thanks for sorting it out Scot

Money was deducted from my account but no delivery
I received a call later in the day .that they are handling my query and it wil b resolved.

They have reached out to me about my refund
