Returned my Camion Boots to their return Adress.
Sent them tracking via email.
Parcel was delivered a few days later, not picked up by them and a week later Swedish postal service returned to parcel to me. No comment from Sellers side yet.

We visited the Our Legacy shop in Soho on 3rd December, to return an online item. The two chaps in the shop were so friendly and helpful; they ordered a replacement for us to pick up at the Workshop immediately and the refund was processed within hours. Fabulous service - such lovely guys.

Between my partner and I we've bought a fair few items from Our Legacy. Whilst I do love some of the clothes, in particular a dress I was looking to buy very recently, the poor bordering on rude email from Jonatan when simply asking for a bit of advice on size really put me off wanting to buy from them. For a brand of this price point I'd expect better. Just telling me to look at the size guide is not helpful, I mean come on of course I've already looked at that, but nothing to say whether it's designed as fitted or oversized, not too much to ask is it really when I just didn't want to make a .mistake as have to pay to return or exchange.

Quality is absolutely horrible. I bought a "beyond" Our Legacy shirt 2 days ago, wore it once, washed it at 30 degrees per guidance on the shirt and ironed it at low temperature as indicated. The fabric literally disentegrated, on the upper back only, as I ironed it and I can now put it to the trash although it costs 300€ and is supposed to be a high quality product. I think this is an absolute sham. This is the first time I purchased one of their items and clearly willnever do that mistake again. Stay away from this brand

The quality of Our Legacy’s product is horrible. I have both jeans and a jacket and they’re both made in material which stains super easily making it almost impossible to wear. Definitely not worth the money. Forget the hype and buy quality elsewhere.

Wonderful Collection with a punctual and caring staff both online and In store. The staff (David & Anton) at the retail store in Stockholm as well as the online customer service representative Jakob went beyond the call of duty to make my purchases a positive experience. The collection alone speaks for itself. In short Bravo Our Legacy! Thank you kindly!

no reply from customer service regarding an unprocessed refund, they just ignore my e-mails.

Excellent customer service, comparable to other well know luxury brand. Special mention to Jakob who handled my case and promptly responded to all my emails following an issue with my order. I will definitely shop with more confidence in the future knowing that all my needs will be addressed.

I placed an order and which they accepted and three days after purchasing it they said that the product was out of stock. Terrible experience, even sold a piece in order to purchase this. They didn't even give me a discount code or sum

Totally lousy website. Crashes all the time and when they have a sale it takes hours to try to buy something.. only for the page to crash and the items are sold out.

Stolen designs from up and coming designers and pretended to sell off as their own. Terrible brand. Very unhappy. Jing He is the rightful owner of the "foil denim" . TERRIBLE BRAND

Bought a pair of loafers, and got them delivered within 24 hours in Denmark (DHL). Amazing costumer service.
