Gold Star Service!
I love this website! I have a preference for YarnArt yarn, and here I can reliably get what I need, with the range growing all the time. Prices are fair, delivery excellent, I have made probably over 10 orders now, with one on the way :D I would highly recommend.

Lovely yarn, quick service and packaging
Ive ordered yarn a few times and the service and products are first class. The yarn arrives in pretty bags and is packaged well. The thank you card is also a lovely touch.

Excellent service, excellent Customer Care
I think this is the second time I have bought from this retailer; which signifies I was 100% satisfied first time. This time round, I am more than 100% satisfied based on the customer care (a personal email to explain that only 8/9 balls of my chosen yarn was available with matching dye lot and checking whether or not I wished to continue with the order or would I prefer to cancel & have a refund?). The processing of the order, the dispatch and delivery is all exceptionally timely. I will definitely return my custom in the future. Thankyou and well done Little Craft Company

Amazing little company
Amazing little company, Emma is so helpful with any questions regarding products etc, I was unsure what I needed for a project and she helped me to find the most appropriate yarn for the job.

A lovely small business
A lovely small business. One of the very few places I could find Yarnart Jeans yarn, and at a great price.
The delivery cost is around the same as most large stores and the standard is Royal Mail 48hrs tracked, so is actually faster. There is also a 24hr tracked option. You can see the delivery prices at the very bottom of the site, unlike so many other sites where you have to choose everything first only to find at the check out that the delivery is too high.
It was picked, packed and sent the same day, and with great communication.
There's lots of products for a small business, all competitively priced. Much cheaper for yarn and hooks than buying on 'you know where'!
