Can’t tell you how pleased I am to find this company. I was ordering yarn art jeans on the a-z shop I’m not naming. The wool was near 3 times the amount this little company charge and take weeks to turn up. This little company has a huge range of products. My order on both occasions shipped either same day or the day after and the yarn is so much cheaper as well as easier to find. Plenty of email notice of order delivery. I particularly like the yarn is named and not just numbered. I am now a life long member. Can not recommend enough.

I order yarn from this lovely little craft company every few months, and it’s always such a great experience. The quality is consistently excellent, with a beautiful, well-curated selection of colors and textures. One thing I really appreciate is that you can ask for samples of other yarns with your order—it’s such a thoughtful touch and really helpful when planning future projects. The customer service is always kind and responsive, and it's clear they truly care about their customers and their craft. This is my second purchase from Our Little Craft Co which like my first was dispatched in record time. I bought some Yarnart Jeans Plus to make a particular garment but found out half way through that the yarn was too heavy so I've made something else instead. I've been eyeing up the yarn for my next project or two, so many lovely yarns so hard to chose.

Super quick service from answering a message on facebook to receiving my order a few days later. I have only used one of the samples of shampoo for 100% wool, it is amazing; cardigan is lovely and soft. Once I use the yarn, I will send another review. 100% recommend this lovely shop.

Genuinely awesome service here. I made a late evening impulse purchase- went for one yarn at half 8 and ended up with a whole extra kit- and had a dispatch email by half 7 the next morning. My order was packaged carefully in reusable bags that I can use as project organisers and there was a cute little note included to thank me for my order.
Unfortunately I'm trying to finish up a whole bunch of projects before buying new things, but this is definitely going to be my first port of call from now on.

Lovely range of wools. I’ve ordered a number of different wool from Our Little Craft Co and always been very happy with ease of ordering, speed of processing and delivery and overall quality of wool received.

This has to be the best company for crafting. I never deal with anyone else after finding them. It's like stepping back in time, they are so helpful, kind, knowledgeable nothing but nothing is too much trouble for them. The products they sell are all reasonably priced . A wide range of colours and choices of makes. I wish I lived bear hem, I bet th shop is an heaven on earth. . Their after sales service is second to none. I simply love this shop, and the staff. I wish them well.

Having made the stupid mistake of deciding to crochet a temperature blanket' for my 50th year, I have now used this company a couple of times. They are great! Fantastic price, speedy delivery, I really like the bags that wool comes in too. Thanks for being great!

I can’t fault the service excellent Emma helped me out with a gift card problem I had (my fault) after e mailing her she put me in the right direction I wouldn’t buy from anyone else they do a wide range of goods definitely recommend and will definitely be buying again
