A pleasant experience from start to finish

I have found this whole experience very easy and straightforward. I only applied last night and within less than 24 hours, I am pre approved. Elliot was very helpful and outlined the terms of the loan while also giving me time to read through it myself before I had to sign anything. A fantastic experience all round so far. Thanks to Elliot and the team at Our Money Market.

Matt was so friendly and great to deal with. He explained everything very clearly and succinctly. I felt very at ease taking out a sizeable loan through Matt. He put me at ease throughout the whole process.

I spoke with 2 consultants, Matt and Jen they were incredibly helpful and were happy to use text as I work full time and find it hard to get away for a call. Fantastic, quick service, and I now have a huge stress off my shoulders with all my little lines of credit rolled into one simple payment!

Jennifer made the process simple and efficient. Approval within hours. Highly reccommend.

The OMM team was amazing, I had accidentally input my mobile number wrong when I was applying in a bit of a rush and once I got through to the customer service team within minutes the error was fixed and at my request I was transferred to the loan department to check on the progress of getting a loan, Matt explained everything I needed to know, helped me understand the details of my potential loan, and then helped me with all the application requirements and procedures.

They helped me any time I needed it. Amazing service.

I was on hold for awhile someone by the name of Zach messaged me. Asked me if he could help me with anything. I’ll let him know what I wanted and he got back to me within the time and is following up my inquiry so I was very happy with his service.

Needed a quick loan and Jennifer from Customer Service got me sorted promptly and professionally.
The application was easy and I had the funds within a couple of days.
This was my first experience getting a loan and Jen made the process super easy which is much appreciated.
Highly recommend enquiring with this business for any loan needs.

I am editing my previous review, where I gave 5 stars to this company. They were good at the start really helpful and they message if you are on hold for too long which was good. However once you sign the loan papers you are literally dead to them. I had to call them 3 times just to get them to settle the loan with the car dealership. They also advised during the loan process that there would be portal access provided where we can view all the loan information. Today the very first direct debt came out, they don’t send any message or reminders that they will debit the amount. I have no clue when the next one will happen. No portal access has been provided, no instructions, absolutely nothing. Stay well clear of them. I will be contacting another company very soon and switch the loan out and close this one. They are not worthy of my business. Poor service and no care attitude. I am regretting my decision to have chosen this company over my own bank or other more renowned loan companies. I wish I could give them zero stars, but 1 is the lowest option.

Here is my true review.
They were very quick to engage and were willing to negotiate to get your business. Very enthusiastic to work with you HOWEVER I found that the process was not transparent at all. After you go through and to the end ready to sign contract, they were using your existing car to be the security. This was never mentioned at the beginning and by that time it was too late to pull out.
I am here to warn you, whoever is considering this company. This was such a red flag.
The guy also kept making mistake on how I wanted the fund to be distributed. Also, once you sign the contract it’s almost impossible to get them to answer your call. You’d wait for 2 hours and still nothing. I would go with big banks if possible.

I am really impressed by the professionalism and speed of this service. I mean, while I was on hold, I received an sms to see if they could help and save me the wait. I am so grateful to this company and the team I have had the pleasure to work with, Zac, Joshua and Tasvir are all excellent in what they do for clients.

I had been on hold for approximately 40 minutes when I received a text message from Zac.
Zac was able to action my request via SMS. This saved me a lot of time and was much appreciated.
