They moved us from our apartment to out new home last year. They showed up on time, packed whatever we did not, loaded and unloaded everything and even re-assembled items- such as the beds- at the new house.

We utilized Great Eastern Movers for our grandmother's recent move! They were highly professional, courteous, resourceful, and hardworking. They moved us from New Jersey to Manhattan within hours. Brought extra supplies. Gave us extra assistance with our furniture and boxes without having to pay for it. Very solid customer service on their end. I strongly recommend Great Eastern Movers.

I loved the positive energy from Great Eastern Movers. I was moving from Manhattan to Clearwater, Florida and they were able to accommodate me very well. I did not have many belongings, but they made sure to treat my move with the same level of professionalism and respect they would any other move. They gave me a great price that I looked into and realized wasn't going to get much better than that. The movers were like a conveyor belt. They were well coordinated and conditioned well enough to move my things within the appropriate time frame I requested. I would recommend Great Eastern Movers with confidence.

Great Estern Movers were awesome doing my move from Jesey City to Brooklyn. Very quick and efficient from start to finish. Very clean and affordable job. New trucks. English speaking employees.

I think Great Eastern is the reason I am moving around every 6 months to a year! They make it easy and affordable. Seriously, I hired them to move from NY to LA and it was smooth as usual and they have outdone themselves!

I am overwhelmingly happy with how smooth and easy this move went thanks to Great Eastern Movers. Organizing everything while taking care of my children and my husband's busy schedule was very stressful for me but they made everything better! The crew showed up exactly when they promised they would and loaded up all of my belongings with ease, and I had a lot of belongings. I watched as they secured and wrapped my furniture like true pros and insisted that I do nothing but tell them where everything went when unloading it. They were very friendly, professional and hard working crew.

I was impressed by the professionalism and just in general how easy the move went. The movers didn't lolly gag and they seemed to take pride in what they did and the service they provided. Items seemed to fly off the truck and into my house in an orderly fashion. Most importantly, all of my items were well cared for including some delicate fragile items that I was scared to have moved. Everything was accounted for and overall I'm just thankful I went with this company instead of someone else.

I used this company at least 3 times. Every move I made was no different from the first, They always provide excellent service and are very helpful in anything and everything. They always have tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. They always have all types of boxes, plastic, bubble, etc.. Long story short. If you want it done right, call these guys.
They have experience and know how to move anything and everything in your house safely.

I like moving around the state. Not sure if it's good or not but that is my nature. I like new things so I move almost every year changing apartments. To make to long story short, I moved with Great Eastern Movers probably about 7-8 times. Very professional and consistent service. Can never go wrong..

I wanted to share my experiance with other people who are looking for a good moving company they can trust. First of all, I wanted to say something about the phone conversation I had with Alex. When I first called in to get their rates, Alex asked me a lot of questions about where I'm moving from and to. What floor the moving was from and to and if we needed packing done. He then proceeded to give me their hourly rates and was very detailed in letting me know what was and wasn't included.
I booked my move immediately after and made a deposit, which made me feel very secure about them showing up. The following week a moving crew arrived at a scheduled time. They walked through my apartment to see what they needed to pack and what I have decided to pack prior to their arrival and started their moving process. The crew was amazing. Eugene and his helpers were very orginized. They literally looked like ants, moving my furniture in a specific order after they wrapped it in blankets. All the prep work was done before they started moving. Just trust me when I tell you that these guys knew what they were doing. At the end of my move, they did take a small break. I was surprised they didn't take a longer one, they truly worked hard. Long story short, the move took less time then I expected. And the work they provided me with was excellent. Will use them again and again, hopefully I won't need to since moving is a pain but, yea if you want a company you can rely on, they are the ones to book.
