Spierherstel extra.

Ouro nutritions heeft een nieuw recovery product met Leucine, Iso leucine en Valine, alles wat je nodig hebt voor spierherstel, energie en betere wondgenezing. Als bonus vermindert het slapeloosheid en is het rustgevend. Na je 50e heb je als sportieve survivallaarster echt extra s nodig tegen spierpijn en voor spierherstel, spieropbouw en dat je spieren niet afbreken door gebrek aan oestrogeen dus ik ben blij met deze pot Recovery BCAA. Lekkere smaak ook dat Raspberry Kiwi.

Een zeer snelle levering

Een zeer snelle levering.
Uit ervaring vind ik dit lekker om te drinken niet te zoet of te zuur precies goed. En geen honger gevoel als je voor die tijd met fietsen al een halve bidon leeg drinkt.
Dikke prima!!
