I was fully informed every step of the way during the ring's construction. I even received videos of the ring's stones before they were set. Shipping was very fast for international, and we got the ring in only three days. Overall, our experience was top tier and we are completely satisfied.

I am a jewelry fanatic, I have ordered from multiple places, and honestly haven’t had any experiences I would complain about. So what sets, Ouros apart? Well the prices are reasonable, and the selection is vast. In this instance I ordered a 1.01 carat Portuguese cut oval diamond. I had nor planned to have it set but in the midst of conversations with Vijay in customer service I decided to have Ouros set the diamond in a design of my choosing, the cost was less than what I could have it done locally. Vijay kept me informed at every step of the manufacturing process, CAD’s were sent and a video of the finished ring before it was shipped. From start to finish it was a good experience and the customer service is what sets Ouros apart. I have never had in any of my previous purchases the level of contact with a real person than what Ouros provides. Also just FYI, the diamond is stunning as is the completed ring. Because each piece is custom for the customer it takes time for it to arrive, but the little bit of extended time is well worth the wait.

Ouros was extremely easy to work with. Was nervous being online and international. All my fears were quickly erased. They communicated quickly and answered any and all questions. They keep you updated every step along the way. Earrings arrived as expected and were gorgeous. My wife loves them. Just be sure to allow time for the international shipping. 100% will use again in the future.

I bought a pair of lab diamond stud earrings from Ouros, 0.75 CT each. OMG it is so beautiful!!!! Excellent craftsmanship. Communication was stellar too. Definitely recommend!! Total time from ordering until receiving it is 18 days.
