I provided full information about my brand, candle concept, size, and scents everything was clearly explained.
Instead of a professional discussion, Ella from Own Candle Co replied in a rude and dismissive way, which I found disrespectful.
As a client, I expect basic courtesy and understanding, not this kind of attitude.
Would not recommend dealing with this company.

The best candles I've tried and I've tried a lot!
Absolutely love these candles. The soy wax makes it burn very cleanly. No soot build up, at all! Smells beautiful and looks beautiful. Soy is so much better than paraffin wax. Would highly recommend. Can smell this all over my home fantastic 👏👏👏

Such great reviews but I was really disappointed
I ordered some of the wax melts - the smells gave me a headache and the wax (when left to cool) is almost impossible to remove from the burner as it just goes all sticky and even scraping it out leaves loads of residue.
Wouldn't get this brand again especially not at the prices they charge!
