I unknowingly subscribed to a service. My intention was only to receive information about products available in your stores in case I visited. I live in Ghana, West Africa, and was deceived into making a payment for a discounted MAC makeup kit that I never received. Since then, I have been debited every month for a service I will never use.

I hadn’t get long experience with the company. However I can say they have helpful team.

Excellent customer service as they gave me time to explain everything and promised to refund my money since i didn't understand the process.

My experience with ourperfectpairs.com was great because of Uceey. She solved my problem and got my account straightened out quickly and efficiently.
Uceey was kind and understood my concern. She processed the small credit to me by reversing the incorrect charge to my credit card on a Sunday (yesterday) and when I talked to my financial institution this morning they have received the funds reversal and are processing it today. Overnight is pretty quick from a company I believe to be in Cyprus, even though your terms state to kindly wait 7-10 business days for credit to show on my card.
I applaud Uceey. I had originally messaged with another employee but did not resolve things for some reason with that person. I am very happy now because of Uceey.

Hello, I haven't received a response regarding my refund. It's been more than two months. I've sent emails and nothing. I haven't made any purchases, so I'm scared that they'll deduct my personal account. Please help.

I was very happy when there are some problems with my account and the escalating team resolved it very quickly. The response was very quick and I felt valued.

This website is just like topshosezone.com — scammers. They also charged money from my account without my permission and added me to a VIP membership that is of no use to me because I am from Pakistan. Many of my friends have also been scammed in the same way and have wasted their money. Now I’m warning others to stay away from such fraudulent people.

As I requested, my account has been cancelled and I have received email about the 50% refund. I received the information I needed. However, the account removal and membership cancellation process should be faster. I should also have the option to remove my card myself, like on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Some of the explanations were unclear to me (complaining about system, not a person I talked with).

They will return my money and cancel everything because there was an issue.
So they are helpful
