I saw a deal on Facebook for a item. Although there was initial hiccups with my account, the matter was resolved by the support team and I received regular updated emails regarding my account.

Without my knowledge ir authorization the company signed me as member and Charged me in MY account
I don’t even know how they found MY account but the same thing hapened within two days with two companies same Group OURSHOESITE and MYSKINCAREVIP
I made the complain and they promissed me to return the payment if and only IF in this evaluation site return with IT IS SOLVED, GOOD COMPANY RATE AT LEAST 4,5 or 5

Ourshoesite made the right thing and retourned the amount
But the other company in the same group MYSKINCAREVIP still didnt answered and still kept the money
So i ask if two companies same owner make the same mistake why only One does the right thing
Im still wayting so i still think theese companies MYSKINCAREVIP and OURSHOESITE are not to trust
