Terrible communication. Only had a confirmation of payment. Nothing to say item had been shipped. When I enquired about the shipping. I was directed to another website with a tracking link which didn't worked. The package has now arrived. The packing is terrible. Very disappointing. Just in a plastic bag wrapped in a bin liner. So glad it wasn't a present for someone else. Still hoping the actual product is okay. Haven't used it yet. Daughter was very underwhelmed.

Totally horrendous. Never received my item so sent them an email after a week of waiting with no response I tried to call two numbers to no avail.

My niece (and cats!) loves this! It arrived a lot quicker than I expected, which was great because I bought it only 2 weeks before her birthday. She just turned 7 and is at the age where she wants to do everything by herself, so poor me don't get to build the castle very often, but at least I can come in to have a nice cup of invisible tea. It turned out to be a great gift!

My grandson is 2 and half. After showing him how to put piles together he was able to do this independently. The rods are so easy to build and create amazing dens. We have made tents, caves for dinosaurs, a spaceship. I use my couch throws as covers. So easy & so much fun! A good price, I’m buying them for early years in my school too! An excellent learning activity for fine motor skills, imagination & creativity.

I was a little hesitant about buying this for my little cousin as she's still a little young, but she loves it and we have gotten hours of entertainment out of it. I love that they include a building guide to get you started on shapes, but the possibilities are endless. Highly recommend!
