Still haven’t received the hat

Still haven’t received the hat. Ordered on 3/31/26. Emailed them 4/7/26 and asked about the order and never heard from them. Sad because I wanted to buy another hat I liked but not now. Not a good experience.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT

Ordered a hat on January 23, 2026... received an email saying "your order shipped" on February 4, 2026. It is February 9, 2026 and nothing has shipped. Nothing. Just a label created. I am on week 3 waiting for a snapback hat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have placed multiple orders from Our True God and have had zero positive experiences from this business. For example, ordered a shirt in early November 2025 that came in January 2026. I have 30+ large shirts, but the one from them is a tiny medium. Sent an email at the beginning of January which has not been responded to 30 days later. I will be buying from a Christian company next time.

Costumer service could use some work

Received the correct order and it’s quality-made and I appreciate their mission. It took longer to receive than stated (granted it was during Christmas season so not unsurprising to have production delays. It did not arrive in time for Christmas). I’m giving 3 stars just bc I reached out to customer service and never heard back from anyone. That department could use some work. May buy from again but will order way ahead of time next time.

Never received my order

Never received my order. When I contacted them to inquire about a problem with the order, the response was defensive and rude. I was sent a tracking order a week later, and it has been 11 days since then; the order is still in the same place and has not shipped.

0 stars more like it. Gave them 2 weeks to receive before Christmas. Jan 12 I'm told that it will arrive which is 4 weeks later. Their website says ships within 48 hours. Mine was 4 weeks for 1 hat. I complained via email and got a response 4 days later that said it shipped. The label to ship with tracking said Dec 28th yet it just left yesterday. So one week to ship a hat via USPS? Please dont waste your time or money unless you are not in hurry. They are in NC and I am in TX. After reading reviews on quality, I am confident I just wasted $43.

Absolutely the worst company to use the…

Absolutely the worst company to use the Lords name and profit from it. The hats I purchased, 2 of them. 1 had the label peeling off, yes not even sowed on and the other looks like a drunk blind man tried slapping the sticker on it. Contacted the company for a return and they are disputing it saying the mass produced sticker hats are made to order. 😂😂😂

Placed order on 12/7/25 for two hats a Christmas gifts. They said guaranteed delivery for Christmas! They shipped on 12/22/25 arrived on 12/26/25 but only one hat in box. I have reached out multiple times via email with no response. Lesson learned about ordering from places seen on Facebook

Poor customer service

Ordered a sweatshirt on Dec.13 to be delivered in time for Christmas. Christmas has come and gone. I have never received notification that order has shipped. Still says processing. Emailed company twice inquiring about the order. Just received emails telling me how to return the product. Can’t return something I haven’t received. Left voicemail message and nothing. I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. I’m really disappointed that a “Christian” company would do business like this.

I ordered hats on December 3

I ordered hats on December 3, and still have not received them. I notified the company and they sent an email back regarding how to return the products. I havent even received the product to return. Customer service didn't even read the email, just sent a blanket incorrect response to me. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.

If I could give a 0, I would. I ordered a month ago. I have not recieved anything. Ive tried to contact them and I've been ignored. Its really sad that they are using god to scam people. I see they have a 1.9 review. I wish I would have read that before ordering. Save yourself a hassle. Dont buy from them

Sadly

Sadly, i ordered two hats weeks ago and have not received them yet, they are a Christmas present and I am quite upset about this. I had faith they’d come in the 2-3 day span they had promised ot at least within ten days and still nothing. I don’t have allot of money and spent over $70 to gift my husband and I am quite upset about this. I do not think I will be using again.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. The hat i received looks nothing like the one I ordered. Took a month to receive the product, not the 7-10 days they claim on their website. No response from customer service. Complete waste of money!

HORRIBLE!!!!

I order hats on10/8/25..haven’t received them.When I went on their website to track order, the order could not be found. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint to REFUND my order. Surprise, surprise the day after filing the complaint, I received an email from OTG..YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. That was on 10/24/25. As of 10/31/25 no hats delivered and when I tried to track it on the link provided in the email, no activity since the 24th? This is supposed to be a Christian Company? Money changes in the Temple!!!
