Willingness to refund me for i can not afford online shopping anymore.

They are Frauds and Blackmailers. They take your money without your consent by becoming someone else and later charge you with big amount also they send you mail sayin They will return only if you give good reviews

This website is a scam. I was shown an advertisement of Dove products on my Facebook. I tapped on it and the screen said that I'll be getting a Dove Gift package. Next, I had to enter my card details and address. A few days passed and I didn't receive any package. I contacted their customer support and they said they don't sell any Dove products and that I won't be refunded. Not only that I got charged for a membership fee although I was only supposed to be charged for the shipment of the gift package. Now, I'm receiving an email by their customer support person called KAI who is asking me to give them 5 stars and give them a positive review and they say only then I will be given a refund. Positive review my foot! Ourtruestyle.com is a fraudulent service. I know they won't refund me. I am now reading other reviews too where it is mentioned that the customers were asked to lie in the hopes of getting a refund. Please don't tap on any popup on any social media or other website. They're linked to scammy websites such as this one which will fraudulently charge you your money unauthorised and not send any gift and not only that, they'll ask for false reviews. Down with you, ourtruestyle.com! I hope you scammers get exposed!

The Customer Service team is great at solving issues, effective and efficient.

On the 01.05.2025 I sent message and I received feedback within few seconds after sending the message. I was very happy to get a positive feedback as on the 01.04.2025 I sent the same message and I was promised that I will receive email however I never received any feedback. The company can improve to their emails as I sent 2 emails and both of them was not received returned to me up until I use the live chat to get assistance. The support email need to work at all time as not everyone trust the live chat.
