To keep things fair for everyone who ordered on the same day, we don’t apply sale pricing retrospectively (whether a promotion has ended or not yet started). Our junior team isn’t authorised to issue credits; requests are escalated to a senior reviewer, which can take longer (as it did in your case).
As you mentioned, we made a one-off exception and added a goodwill credit. “One-off” reflects our policy to protect fairness across all patients; it isn’t meant to be dismissive. We’re pleased a resolution was provided, even if the timeline felt slower than you expected.

Been using Mounjaro since April and Oushk have been brilliant.
They were recommended to me because of their customer care and they have not disappointed.

The service from this pharmacy is on point. You can ring them and actually speak to someone if you have any questions . Today I had a question and spoke to Tanya, a super helpful lady who was polite and knowledgeable. Tanya was quickly able to put my mind at ease.

5 stars!! Excellent & Professional Service
So thankful that Oushk Pharmacy was recommended to me via a Facebook Mounjaro Weightloss support group, so that I can continue receiving Monjaro for maintenance after Boots Chemists cut me off when I reached my target weight / healthy BMI. The whole experience with Oushk Pharmacy has been so professional, from the detailed online application, followed by a live video call, a lovely lady who checked my weight, height & ID in real time, through to a quick prescription being issued and a letter sent to my GP confirming all the details, and finally receiving the Monjaro pen plus needles (& xtras) within 4 days (and on my nominated delivery day) by DPD, packaged in an excellent refrigerated package.
Thank you Oushk Pharmacy. I really appreciate your support to maintain my weight and look forward to being a loyal, long-term customer.

AVOID!!!!!!
AVOID!!!!!!! Im absolutely, in shock. The product I purchased was a Mounjaro pen and was faulty. I reported this and sent emails with the photo and then was booked a video call and the service I received was outrageous! The pen had completely broke and would not turn and the advisor was trying to get me to fix a fault with there medication! Mind blown. I thought this video call would have resolved things I and would get my refund but now they want me to send it back which is fine but still dose not excuse I have had to wait weeks for my money back on a fault on there end whilst literally showing them on video call the pen is broken 😡
So now my bank has had to accept under FRAUD by the way that they will clear up the mess and issue a refund as I’ve tried to resolve this via email and in person on video link
I will keep putting a bad review for as long as it’s taken to resolve this

Following your contact with our customer service team on 23rd October, we acted promptly to investigate the issue. While you mentioned having reached out earlier, we were unable to locate any previous correspondence in our records. As soon as your email was received, we arranged a video consultation to assess the pen and determine the best course of action.
During the consultation, we noted that the pen’s mechanism had been fully rotated, which differed from the initial photo provided. This made it difficult to attempt a reset or attach a new needle. To ensure a thorough investigation, we’ve asked for the pen to be returned and have arranged a postal returns label to support this.
We understand your frustration regarding the time taken to resolve this, especially when a fault is involved. Please be assured that once contact was made, we responded quickly and have been working to resolve the matter in line with our procedures.
We’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations and will continue to review this case carefully once the pen is returned. If you have any further questions or need support in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Misleading comms and disappointing service. Going elsewhere after 7 months
Oushk confirmed my order, took payment, then changed the rules—leaving me chasing a delivery that never arrived and charging me £10 to cancel their own mistake. Customer service has slipped badly, their social group shuts down constructive questions, and they lean on influencers to push a prescribed product. On top of that, prices include weight loss and injection support I’ve never needed or used, so I’ve lost trust completely. This will be my last order with Oushk.

In regards to your reply I had already emailed several times about these problems so Oushk can't pretend the response will now finally be different!!
And to add 6 weeks later Oushk are asking for more details about my original order otherwise my review would be taken down. Of course I have provided those details but it's bizarre timing.
