I was really delighted with the light I bought, which was an Italian globe pendant light to hang in front of the front door. The quality of the product is very good and the design is very attractive. Further, I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! There were lots of options for the material and colour of the light but the differences weren't clear to me from the website. I phoned customer services who sent me the supplier's own brochure which had photos of all the options, and customer services also talked me through the choices and made recommendations based on my requirements. Excellent service!

The website is very specific, so you can see the products in detail, and the service is really very good. Excellent telephone support to back up the straightforward website: prompt, knowledgeable and considerate. The only niggle is that they use TNT for delivery at present - an external company - so they can't specify delivery days and times. I was advised to mark my order 'Dispatch on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday' - and that worked out fine: the courier came at about 10, so I was liberated - but I'd had to organise my day's commitments assuming that I might wait in all day... . The LED lights I've ordered are lovely. BTW: They put out much more light than you might suppose. Anyway, I'm well pleased.

I was looking for a modern LED outdoor light for my front porch and explored the Internet to find some ideas. Outdoor lighting centre seemed to have the best choice at a competitive price on an easy to navigate site. All detailed information regarding the lighting was included which gave me the confidence to know which lights fitted the purpose for my requirements. Once I had made my choice the ordering process was simple and I was kept informed of the status of my order until delivery which didn't take long at all. I am delighted with the light which is just as in the photograph and although not yet installed ( I am having some building work done) I am sure will be just perfect. I will certainly look at the company again when I next need some lighting. Thank you.

This lamp is far from cheap but it was the one I selected after careful searching. It is clever in that the design allows a remarkably full range of adjustment for angle and direction of lighting, and the clean, bright light from the multiple LED sources does the perfect job in our porch, while looking as smart and modern as you could wish..

We recently purchased some outside pedestal lights from Outdoor Lighting Centre which were delivered promptly and on schedule. We then encountered an issue with the design - of which Outdoor Lighting Centre could not possibly have been aware. I cannot praise enough the way in which the issue was dealt with by Outdoor Lighting Centre. I can thus confidently recommend them as a highly professional company with an outstanding service ethic.

I wasn't sure which type of light I was going to need so they offered to email me links to the most suitable lights that they offered. The selection was good and having chosen one it was ordered and delivered very quickly. The electrician that fitted them said that they were very good quality and asked where we bought them from.

I purchased three good quality outdoor lights from outdoor-lighting-centre.co.uk and through no fault of theirs, there was an issue with one of the lights. Lorraine was amazing throughout the whole process in arranging for a replacement to be sent out. Thoroughly recomnended!
