Great communication and was delivered earlier than expected. I was hesitant spend a large amount with an online company but was reassured by the reviews. I wouldn’t hesitate again.

Ordered an outdoor heater. It arrived within a couple of days and was really well packed. Looks beautiful but not tried it out yet.

Ordered a heater hoping it would come in time for the weekend but not expecting it to. However, it came in plenty of time and I was delighted with the fast delivery. The heater itself is great quality and was easy to assemble. Thanks for a great service.

Excellent customer service, with regular emails by way of update on progress of order and timescales for delivery of goods purchased .

Delivered on time. One cushion was missing from the Kettler box but this was rectified immediately when I phoned and a replacement was sent straight away. Delivery time of 48 hours was much shorter than that advertised by John Lewis (2 weeks).

Promptly answered questions and goods despatched , would definitely use again.

Excellent service, straight away followed up on a pallet which was missing. The delivery service were also very helpful and located the missing item in their distribution centre and called back straight away. It came the following day. Furniture lovely, very pleased and would certainly recommend based on my experience.

When almost everywhere was out of stock, the team worked hard to find a solution to suit our needs. Great job, great products, good delivery company, excellent service. I'll be using them again very soon.

I cannot fault the service I got from start to finish. I purchased a Kettler Palma Mini set, and while being slightly dearer than other sites, Outdoor Furniture2U, was the only company that got back to me, answering all my questions and very quickly. The product arrived today, in excellent condition, and right on time, even going from UK to Ireland.
