Good quality

Having purchased our Bird cage gazebo, we waited with anticipation for the delivery.

After a week of nothing. I emailed the company. They did get back to me after I sent a second email. They explained the problem with delivery & the restructuring of their business.

I did say that they really should put that on their web site.
And also perhaps they should put that delivery can take three weeks!
Then we as customers wouldn’t feel let down.

Their communication was good, better than most I would say. They would email me back anytime had a query.

About the Gazebo

It is excellently manufactured, very sturdy & an extremely beautiful new addition to our garden. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking. You will not be disappointed.
Would I purchase from the seller again, yes I would.

Never delivered.

Ordered a sauna, patiently waited 3 weeks with no updates, then when chased was informed that my sauna is in fact out of stock and order will be refunded. No refund so far. Company sits on your money for weeks, and unsure if I'll get my money back now. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking! Do not use this company, they sold me a 3k sauna and sent me a 1.5k sauna!
The feeble guy on the end of the phone refused to speak to me after I complained!

Good product, not so good delivery or follow up

Pros - great price for what seems to be quite a good quality product.
Cons - missing parts, the wrapped shipment had bits dropping out as delivery men dropped it off... Missing screws, chains, hinges, wood pieces, no instructions. I used the live chat and was told the company would email me back but have yet to hear anything. You get what you pay for I guess.
UPDATE - I didn't realise the product was sourced from a third party and, as such, rectifying the missing parts would take time. I have now had a response from the third party and told it will be another week for the missing parts, which has delayed my project significantly. That said, they have agreed to send the missing parts and Outdoor Iconic have sorted the issue, it is just frustrating that it has taken this long for delivery in the first place and then sorting the missing pieces. My order was placed a month ago.

The Red Light Rising Advantage Wrap you ordered was expected to arrive with you by 12th September, but unfortunately, our supplier oversold their stock during an event which caused an unforeseen delay. We only received confirmation afterwards that new stock would not be available until 28th September.

I completely understand your frustration, especially given the cost of the item and the time you’ve been waiting. We’ve already reached out to you directly to offer either a full refund or to have your order prioritised for delivery as soon as the new stock lands by 28th September.

Openess and honesty when things don't go to plan

We all love companies when things are going well but the real measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go well.

I ordered an NIR therapy light from Outdoor Iconic in June 2025, after a few days I had a very polite email to inform me that the unit I had requested was out of stock with the supplier and offering choices: wait, change to an EU model, recieve a refund.

Ultimately I chose to wait and the seller has been great in the meantime at keeping me updated and occasionally offering to refund or swap to a different product if I was getting impatient.

I have now received my lamp and am very pleased with the quality of the unit but the main point is that all the way through Outdoor Iconic were honest with me and gave me options. In this case, they were let down by their supplier but did everything they could to make it right for me.

Clearly an honest and trustworthy company and, despite the delay, I'd have no issue in ordering from them again.

Easy of order and assembly

Was initially sceptical about ordering this bed. But the whole process as easy and the communication from the courier was spot of with emails and tracking to the driver calling me 20mins before he arrived so did not have to wait at home all day. The bed once you had read the instructions and split the bolts it was easy though I would recommend having someone to help you.

Poor customer service

I accidentally ordered two items after not realising that the first order had gone through. Also I ordered the incorrect item which I realised when the first one arrived. I phoned to explain and was told the second item had not been posted and would be swapped to the correct item and the first item would be collected/returned. The second item arrived and it was the same as the first ( hadn’t been swapped for the correct one ) and I have heard nothing since . I realise that I messed up the order but I thought that I had sorted it with the phone call . Apparently not .

Good price, easy website, quick delivery. Would have got 5 stars if the instructions had come with the gazebo or they had answered my request to copy them and email them.
