The book I ordered didn't turn up and when I contacted them three looked into it and sent out a replacement immediately. Turns out royal mail didn't deliver the first one.

Absolutely brilliant company, fast delivery, excellent customer service
Absolutely brilliant company with exceptional customer service and lovely people who go the extra mile. The item (kotlich outdoor cooking set - with tripod, large enamel cooking pot, paella pan, plus a detachable chain to suspend each of these - one or other at a time - over your own fire bowl) is a fantastic bit of kit (highly recommended!); we also bought a separate lid which fits the open cooking pot. Everything arrived very securely packaged and super-fast within a couple of days by courier - including texting with our 2-hour delivery window. If only all companies were as efficient, trustworthy and caring as this! We'd give them six stars if we could.
We have favourited the Outdoor Learning Resources website and would/will buy again without hesitation. Thanks particularly to Anney for your help and patience answering all our questions! Excellent experience all round.
Well deserved five stars.
