I bought the 8x8ft raised garden bed with deer option kit as a Christmas gift for my wife. We just completed assembly and filled with soil - and have now planted every square inch of it. It was straightforward to put up and looks great! We’re looking forward to many years of gardening fun 🤗

We purchased the 4x8 small cedar shed, with the window and flower box. Beautiful end product! Great customer service. Would highly recommend this product and company to anyone.

Fantastic shed! Easy to assemble. Just make sure to read all instructions. Even the small print. The only suggestion I have would be during packaging not to place the backboard piece trim on the outside of the wood frame. I ordered 3 sheds and in two of them both pieces were broken in half during shipping.

The whole experience of purchasing this garden bed as great. The customer service was top notch. The instructions and assembly were easy to follow and everything was provided and fit the way it should. I am very happy with my purchase!

greenhouse was difficult to assemble,parts were not marked, definitely not for the average person plenty of building experience required, not an all year greenhouse, other than that very good quality cedar & it looks great

Cute but the price did not warrant the actual materials sent.
I would do a 3 1/2 stars because it is unique and doesn't have the "tuff shed" look.

Pros
Customer service was very helpful in arranging delivery.
Very responsive to our unique needs for where is was being delivered.
The overall structure is exactly as it is pictured.
With 2 weeks of unexpected rain just after putting it together, not one leak. The wood swelled in the rain to close the gaps that were otherwise very noticeable.
It is adorable, smells lovely and with some extra work will be a great shed.

Cons
When it is received it is hard to know what is broken as you would have to dismantle the 2 giant pallets and the delivery company was not going to wait while i did that. Once i was able to do that the floor sections nest many of the other items and they were mostly broken.
The windows are operable but do not have weep holes.
The window dividers were mostly warped and had to all be removed. The ones at the bottom where the screen is were very difficult to remove.
The structure shows taking about 1 1/2 days on the youtube to put together. Plan for 3-4.
The cedar siding is very very thin and when dry there are gaps and some of the knots have fallen out.
I had to eventually hire a contractor to help me square out the building with clamps and a few rebuilt items that were destroyed in shipping.
I have long term concern with the cedar roof shingles, i will probably swap for a metal roof
The hardware and fasteners included are very basic, i would suggest buying better quality hardware and fasteners for longevity especially the tiny nails for attaching the clear part of the roof.
Plan to have at least 3 people helping.

Overall it is very cute but the structural aspect and material quality of it could really use some reworking especially for the price.

I ordered my 8'x8' garden box during the winter months. The Outdoor Living Today staff took my order, revised the shipping to suit me; which was an added bonus!! I was able to track its transportation across Canada with ease. I have not yet assembled it as we are in northern Ontario and our winter is just now leaving us. I did lay out the assembly pattern in the garage and all parts are accounted for :) I am excited to get it together! A level, solid base is my first order of business. Thank you! I have been telling everyone about this!

Received our new gazebo and found a couple of damaged pieces. After contacting Outdoor Living new ones are being sent out. Great service and a happy customer!

I called the company before ordering a raised garden bed and they answered all my questions and were so pleasant and friendly. And I asked if it was okay to order the item from a different website and they were fine with that (saved about $200).

Great communication. Very specific on delivery methods and what to expect. The product was received in the conditioned expected. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and to buy again
