Ordered some ski goggles for my daughter for Christmas. Love the variety of color choices and was pleased to see they came with protective storage bags! Had to reach out to customer service with a question - they responded quickly and my questions were answered.

I ordered 2 pairs of snow goggles. Upon receiving the items I ordered, I noticed that one set had been used and did not have all of the pieces. I reached out to the OutdoorMaster team and they were extremely helpful. They ordered me a new pair right away, just had to take a few photos to authenticate that the items were missing/damaged. These things happen and I believe it’s all about how a company reacts to it. They did a great job and I plan to order again in the future.

The helmet is extremely comfortable and it’s very well and it fits perfectly with their Bluetooth drop in earphones too.

The person I worked with at customer service was very kind and worked with me. Given I wanted a refund but was past the return policy timeframe, I was offered a replacement since I could not get the pump to seal and inflate my SUP.

I recently pre-ordered their latest snow goggles that was originally scheduled early November, and I waited for a while then decided to email them and asked about my order status.
Effy was amazing, their replied fast and professional. They reassured me that they were communicating with their warehouse and also kept an eye on my order as well. And they sure did, as soon as my order is shipped, they emailed me to notify me right away.
Very happy with their kindness and awareness of their customer specific needs. 10000/10 would recommend to anyone looking for affordable high quality snow gear.

Purchased a Shark 2 pump in the summer of 2024. I absolutely loved the pump - super fast to blow up paddleboards. It stopped working after the summer of 2025, so roughly two seasons of use. It was still covered under warranty. After contacting OutdoorMaster about the warranty, I had a replacement within a week. Replacement was the newer model, which looks to be quite an upgrade.
Whole process was super fast and easy to do, very impressed with the customer service..

There is no randomness here it's all pure surplus of items that were not Popular or purchased often I got nothing but gloves and socks. It says duplicates when ordering multiple boxes yet in a single box I got three pairs of the same gloves, and two of the same socks. Even if you are thinking of ordering a mystery box as a joke or just as a "why not?", don't, I will assure you unless you are a child nothing you will receive in the mystery box will be worth it. There is absolutely no randomness within the system. Only thing that was different was some phone case for a phone I've never even heard of. Just buy what you want straight up and don't waste the extra money on any size mystery box.

We purchased 2 helmets th3 one for my wife was to big we were going to return hers was to big. Outdoor made the process painless. But we decided to keep my wife's helmet she got it to tighten down. So outdoor masters gave me credit to keep it and sending me a pair of Hawk sunglasses. Very impressive company

My wife and I recently purchased 2 bike helmets we were going to return it my wife's helmet was to big so outdoor master offered me to keep it and give me money to keep it didn't want to keep it then my wife figured out how to get it tightened down so we're keeping the helmet. So there giving me a gift and money back says a lot about there custumer service

I ordered a ski helmet from them and was impressed by the product. Unfortunately though the package arrived visibly smashed. The support team was very helpful and sent me a replacement helmet. The shipment does come from China so it takes a considerable amount of time to arrive.
