For one reason or another, I was made a member of Outdoorshop without my consent. I never signed up myself; Outdoorshop claims I did, but that is 100% incorrect. I suspect this happened via a fake link on Facebook, where there was an offer from Bol.com for headphones I wanted to order. Fortunately, communication with the helpdesk is good, and they respond to my emails properly. It did take a few weeks, but I received my money back, so I am satisfied in that regard.

Their service is very bad. They told me that 18 riyals will be deducted from your account but 41 thousand will be deducted from my account. Then they are saying that it is not our policy to refund. Then they What is the policy that they deduct money from the account instead of saying 18 riyals, they deduct 41 riyals. They are doing a scheme, they are committing fraud, then they are saying that our policy is not there. What are their policies? What is the purpose of their policy?What is the benefit? They have a third class policy that deducts 41 riyals from an 18 riyal card. Kindly refund my payment from my account.

Received an email which said a free gift from the AA for being a long term member and all it cost was p&p.
Not the case,they took £3.39,£4.40,£0.10 and £0.20 foreign currency charge,they also tried to take £42.00.I didn't sign up for a subscription,there was no mention of it !
Total scam.

Worst experience, complete scam. Charged my card more than £100 without my approval . And still trying to charge even though I cancelled membership.
