We booked an experience through them in Iceland which was cancelled due to them not paying the company we were hoping to use. No one has heard from them so it’s probably a scam. Don’t use this company.

Our activity was replaced by a shorter one due to some weather one and the organizer told us we should have a partial refund and we should contact OutdoorTrip, which I did.
They never reply to support emails, I contacted them in June and they also never replied.

Having booked a trip in Bilbao - via this organisation, their affiliated tour operator in Bilbao had to cancel my booking due to an issue from their end.

This was fine, except when I requested a refund from OutdoorTrip, all of my correspondence went UNANSWERED!

I continued to correspond with them, as instructed by PayPal - who I used to pay for my booking. Sadly, due to no answers and a lot of frustrations, I filed a complaint with PayPal. Only then did I receive my refund.

I would WARN all customers to be wary of using OutdoorTrip to book any tours or bookings, as if something has to be changed/cancelled, you will struggle to receive communication or a refund.

The guide in Mallorca cancelled our canyoning trip because the water was too low and told us we could get a refund via the agency (which was Outdoortip.com). I've send many emails to get my money back, but I haven't got any response.

They are scammers. Please do not book here.

I cancelled my activity in the due time, and the provider of the experience cancelled it too. They told me I had to contact Outdoor trip to get the refund.
After days and a few emails, they never answered me. I wasted a large amount of money.

Worst experience ever. We booked a trip for 2 persons. But we got a error during the payment proces, so the money was payed but no confermation. After we sorted that, i got a voucher for 2 childeren what we didnt book. After that was sorted, 1 day before we had our trip they cancelled our trip and we got nothing becouse the same trip was fully booked everywhere. They never booked us in there agenda. They prommised we could go on the trip. Never booking here again. Very dissapointed.

We were on Desert safari and it was amazing! Our tour guide - Nasir is the best! I really recommend this experience. I enjoyed every second of it!

We booked to go for a Snow Mobile and Ice Fishing trip and unfortunately we only got the former. It appeared that most of our group had only booked to go on the Snow Mobile excursion and it appeared to us that the decision to cancel the Ice Fishing was taken too easily which we found pretty disappointing. We also thought we spent far too long stood around at the halfway stop killing time than actually driving the snow mobiles. It was understood that health and safety is always paramount for the whole group and that we were unable to go as far as the guides had hoped but there was plenty of scope for improvisation. Following a complaint to the company and being initially informed that they were not liable I then looked up EU law and provided a case whereby they were liable as the primary booking company and this was then accepted and we were reimbursed 50% of the original cost.

Overall a nice trip, unfortunately a bit expensive, with inaccurate instructions.
