Supply pod: only for the real fans
I have received several supply pods from outerplaces.com in the past half year and thought I would give my opinion about these mystery crates and outerplaces.com
Price & Value.
If you live in the US the value and price is quite good, the supply pods themselves don't cost to much but I live in the Netherlands and have to pay quite a hefty price for shipping.
So for me it's contents will have to match that.
Unfortunately that is not the case for me.
The content I have received so far don't live up to my expectations.
There is not much in the crates for the price I pay (including shipping).
This is very personal of course, I have received some items & gadgets that I like and the shirts are really good as well.
That said I won't subscribe next year unless there shipping costs drop a lot.
Customer Support:
I have contacted their customer support a couple of times and they are really friendly and kind.
Overall the contents of the supply pod in terms of value and price I would give 2 stars.
There customer support deserves 4 stars so that is why in the end I give 3 stars for this company and wish it the best in the future.
