Excellent selection. Very happy with that.

Really nice to indicate what styles and colours I like, and then receive a box of clothes that I'm really happy with. As a man, I'm not a big fan of shopping for clothes, but the items that Outfittery sent me are wonderful, and often things I would never have bought if I had to do it myself.
The only frustration I have, is that their app does not work smoothly. The web site (using a computer) is far better, which is a pity because then you lose that convenience of having an app on your phone.

Too many things went wrong

1/ I’ve asked: no hoodies, no zippers, I have received 3 of 4 items with hoodie or zipper.
2/ The price of 3 of 4 of the items were above the maximum limit I did set.
3/ I did ask for no further order/box, and was surprised to see in my online settings that further boxes were scheduled without me scheduling them.
4/ The outfittery price of the item I kept is well above the online price of the brand and comparable articles. The brand with similar articles is up to half the outfittery price online in several shops.
5/ I feel 70€ for a sweater with 77% synthetic, 20% wool and 3% cashmere from Myanmar overpriced.
6/ feature ‘stop autopilot’ does not work online in my personal client area. I could only opt out without any text in the comment area of the feature.

Plus punt: nice talk with the stylist.

Be careful with this one!

I wanted to see what this service was about, before I knew it I received a box with a price tag of 800 euro’s (price is only viewable when you actually receive the box) then you only have 7 days to return the box or 14 days to pay. Im a web developer myself so I have plenty experience with building and visiting webshops, but I must say communication is very vague here. Be careful with this one!

Gift cards don't actually mean anything

I figured I would try out this service as I had an old giftcard from them.

So, I ordered a box, and decided to see what I would get. The box itself was well packaged, the clothes were nice, and I decided to keep 1 pair of pants. There was also a shirt I liked, but the sleeves were a bit large, so I decided to ask for a slightly smaller size. I returned the box, and this all went smoothly. I also called them to ask to cancel my next box, as curiously this option wasn't available on their website.

When I received the invoice for what I kept (1 pair of pants), for some reason the 20 euro gift card I applied suddenly doesn't count. Seems like the discount is only applicable if you decide to spend 700-1000 euros on the full box they send you. huh.

A few more days pass, and they ship my 'resized shirt'. When I receive the package, there are 3 SHIRTS INSIDE, none of which are the one I originally wanted to replace ?????

Yeah whatever, I will return them and forget this ever happened. At least the pants I got are nice.

7 days payment period starts when they send the box

sometimes you get nice clothes but the service is awful, they start counting the 7 days payment period when they send the box, not when you receive it. I payed 700 euros the day I received the box because i was travelling, this caused me big problems two times when travelling because for example I was not able to rent a car.
