BE CAREFUL!! I bought a sterling silver bracelet and it turned all rusted after 13 days. It is NOT real silver as advertised in their site. I asked for a refund, they agreed to exchange only. I asked for a different item and they resent me the same fake bracelet!! They are thieves and liars!!

I discovered Outlar recently and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the jewellery is stunning — delicate, elegant and exactly as pictured. You can tell there’s real attention to detail in every detail. Delivery was fast and smooth, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

I recently purchased rings from this company and had a very disappointing experience. The delivery time they provided was not respected at all. My rings were shipped weeks after the expected date and, to make matters worse, they came directly from China, which wasn’t mentioned upfront.

As for the quality, it’s terrible. After wearing the rings only three times, my fingers began to turn green, which is a clear sign of poor materials. Not only that, but the rings are also losing color and fading quickly. I expected much better for the price, but unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from this company again. Would not recommend to anyone looking for durable or high-quality jewelry.

The rings took a while to be delivered to me. Throughout the delay Outlaur kept me up to date and answered any questions I had courteously and promptly. I was very impressed with the quality of the rings, they are beautiful and so sparkly. They look and feel very expensive. I understand the wait is a temporary issue due to warehouse changes. For me the ring quality was worth the wait.

Order took weeks to dispatch despite same day dispatch being advertised on their website at the time of ordering. Jewellery is cheap and drop shipped from a dodgy company in china while the company director swans about on a luxury holiday in Spain. The “sale” prices are inauthentic. Don’t waste your money.

I initially had a bit of a problem with my order however the customer service team was excellent and responded with in less than 24 hours they gave me a refund and felt with the problem really well I really want to thank them for being so helpful I would definitely recommend ordering the jewlary is so pretty and cheap

The jewelry is beautiful in itself and the delivery worked well. But on one ring a stone fell off after a week and on the other ring the gold coating is coming off. So the quality is really not good! Not worth it for the price. Unfortunately you can't upload pictures here either, I would have liked to have shown it!

So happy with my jewellery! It arrived in gorgeous classy boxes and is so sparkly! Love the bow earrings such a staple piece to an outfit and had sooo many compliments on them.

Cheapest jewerlly possible. I ordered three pieces and it all came in one?? nox, so don't count on gifting it to someone.

They responded promptly the next day and were consistently helpful and attentive throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Jewellery (Rings) did not look like expected. I wanted to send it back, unfortunately it is very expensive to send it back as I ordered from Germany and it has to be sent back to the UK. But the customer service reached out to me and were very understanding of my situation and gefunden me about 50% back.
