This wig is my first maxipart glueless. I love this feature. It makes the wig look real, like it’s not a wig. It has a snug fit, and the hair is so soft next to my face and neck. If you’d like a photo of me wearing this wig, please send me a link.

I'm very happy with my perches. It was beautiful and classy, everything I wrote was done perfectly. The mix of colors and layers were done well. I highly recommend it. And it came on time too.

If I could rate them with a zero, I would! False advertising of what they're actually selling. Bought a £200 wig from them that looked nothing like the photo on their website. I could've bought something similar from the local market. Told them I was returning it, they sent me instructions to send it back to some place in China. They knew I was based in the UK and were trying to tell me postage would be $8! It wouldn't even cost that much to send it back from the US, so goodness knows where they plucked THAT figure out from the air from! The mail company told me it will cost £69 to send it to the address provided!! But they said if RPG provides a label, it will cost less. I have been contacting RPG continuously - no response. Do not buy from this mob, it's a complete rip-off! I am going to pay the £69 and they better refund me. I will continue to review them and speak my truth until they do!!

I have ordered several units from the company over the last few years and have NEVER been disappointed. I’m impressed with how easy the hair is to work with, even after multiple washes. It is resilient to heat and styling. I wouldn’t go to another company for wigs.

Lace is okay to work with. Hair right out the package was easy to work with. No excessive shedding or smell. Couple weeks later hair is still soft. Lace is holding up fine. Hair is easy to manage. Does not require a lot of product.

It is like I expected I love it

This is the second time that I have purchased a wig from Outlet Rpgshow I sent some pictures and explained that I need them to do the unit exactly as it is th by following the instructions l spoke Sypert he was unbelievably he kept me through the whole process Sypert has been excellent I am sure that at one point he must’ve been very frustrated but there was no that was noted I would like to say thank you the stylist who was brilliant because I made so many changes the hair was just lovely. I was unsure of how to look after the unit l went to Sypert who gave me the information on what to get for my hair to maintain how to look after my unit I would like to thank RPG for their support and patience and assistance I will be contacting you soon to make me another unit THANK YOU

I have been a customer for maybe 2 years or more at this point, and I’ve been happy with all of my purchases until the last one. The positive is that the person assisting me maintained her professional throughout the process, and I was offered a full refund, but I choose to keep the wig because it was cute, it just didn’t look anything at all like the wig I ordered. I am so disappointed. I was really looking forward to a new look. I just don’t understand why I couldn’t get a wig that looked like what I ordered. Other than this, I’ve been very happy with them.

The vendor sent unit in a timely manner and the wig was as described, beautiful cut and color, I loved everything about the unit except the sizing was waay off, too small head circumference. This is neither my first unit from this company and I’m a long time wig wearer that have worn same wig size for years, but this sizing is NOT right. I’m keeping unit but very apprehensive to ever order from them again as this was meant to be an investment for convenience not continuous service. Disappointed!!!!

I am a current customer of RPG Show Outlet. I have used similar vendors for a number of years. So I am knowledgeable about the product. It took a little time for the vendor to understand my preferences. From that point forward, though, the product was to my liking and the customer service was good as well. I have one person, according to the name, who services my account. I am happy with the relationship and the product based on the price.

I was a long time customer with the main rpgshow.com site which have great quality. The outlet claims to have great quality. This is the WORST hair. I was beyond disappointed. They tried to convince me it's because the hair takes extra maintenance. It doesn't say that anywhere on their site. They sent me special shampoo/conditioner. It's still a mess. Tangles daily, constant brushing. A complete waste of money. Eventually they offered me 30% discount towards ANOTHER purchase.
Why on earth would I purchase again? The quality was beyond bad. And I would rather have had a refund, even partial. I am so disappointed in this company.
