Da buttare

2 stelle solo perché la spedizione è stata velocissima. I prodotti acquistati hanno certamente subìto una conservazione sbagliata. L’odore e la texture delle creme acquistate (che utilizzavo già da tempo) sono evidentemente alterati. Maleodoranti e grumosi. Da buttare.
REV 2 agosto: dopo pochissimi giorni dalla mia esperienza, mi hanno contattato per capire cosa fosse successo, proponendosi di risolvere il problema con una sostituzione o un rimborso. Ritengo che la cortesia e la prontezza dimostrata siano un valore aggiunto tale da perdonare l’errore iniziale.
