I have ordered 2 pair of VANS on Oct 3rd. Really great shoes for a competitive price. Looking forward to receive my purchase, it never came. To date I am waiting for my order. After multiple attempts to come into contact with their customer service, I receive auto-generated e-mails telling me how sorry they are and if i can supply them with the details of my order. I have done that twice, put in 5 claims and tried to get in touch with a real person. No luck!
Great webshop when all goes well, until it doesn't. And for such a big webshop this is a shame. Get some customer focus in, OutletInn!

Customer service is really bad
Customer service is really bad, I got deliver ed the wrong hat and the staff didnt care and kept repeating the same stuff over and over again, talking just nonsense. I was looking foward to purchase loads of stuff after my wallet arrived alright but if it happens with a hat and they dont care then i dont want to risk more on expensive purchases neither do they deserve for their attention to the customer.

More than just money investment

After a month from my payment it revealed that ordered item is out of stock and same item but half size bigger cost 50% more. After 2 weeks of my requests price has been corrected. And finally after tons of mails and 1,5 month it was sent

Initial order contained 3 positions
After 2 weeks 1 position revealed to be out of stock. Deleted from my order, but no refund. After 1 more week second position also (surprisingly) became out of stock. I replaced this one with cheaper (on that moment, screenshots were sent as confirmation) price. After that seller increased the price significantly and was asking for extra payment for a week without any explanations on the sum, though I asked for it at least 5 times. Finally I just gave up on this hoping that refund would come from 1 position deleted.
After my payment I checked the document and found out shipment price for 2 positions is 2,5 times higher than for 3.
Still no comment on this point.
I guess no refund would come
These 2 orders costed me much more than just money. My time and stress I had are not refundable

Actually... I would like to give this organisation zero stars. I have ordered a package almost two months ago and I still haven't received anything (I only received some standard mails that they have lost my package...).. So till now... I payed for air..

Fake availability incidents
Some products shown as available aren't really available. They let you order it and 2 weeks later they inform you that the product is not longer available by their supplier!! It happened to me twice and it is very frustrating...
