The bottles supplied did not match the product images shown on the Amazon listing. The listing displays glass bottles with a screw-top lid, but the bottles received had rusty crown caps requiring a bottle opener.

The difference was not disclosed anywhere in the product description and is a material usability issue. If you do not have a bottle opener or are purchasing these for convenience, this is important to be aware of.

Buyers should be cautious and not rely on the images when ordering - this person will spend hours and hours arguing and refuse to refund.

Do not recommend!

Awful Company they do not answer phone I’ve lost £200

Very good communication throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery. OPD kindly sent out a new product when the first was miss delivered which was received next day. Very good service and excellent customer care. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I would provide a zero if permitted. I purchased a SAGE coffee machine. Delivery was by Royal Mail…coffee has ‘vanished’ in the logistics system. Might have had something to do with the fact all other retailers such as Curry’s, John Lewis et al had increased that particular product by over £200. I have repeatedly been in touch with Outlet Prices Direct, asking if they would sell me the machine at the same initial price. They had 10 in stock at the time. They just ignored my messages. Very unhelpful and don’t seem one bit interested. Summary: shocking customer service…do not waste your time and do not buy!

Just the best company! Bought a irobot roomba for an absolute steal of a price, and it came with a years warranty! When I had an issue after 5 months they paid for a courier to collect it, refurbished it cleaned it and sent it back good as new. They also offer servicing for the item once the warranty expires so I can keep it in tip top condition.
All in all a very professional, well run business!
