This is a scam! Ordered $100 worth of Willow Tree figurines which I did not receive. The web site from which these were ordered (zeboi.com) will not even come up when typed in. Avoid this ad!

On March 09, 2023, I order $42.00 worth of figurines. The payment was processed at my bank on 03/10/23. I then received an email stating orders were taking a long time and asking me to be patient. It's now 11/02/23 and no items received. I tried to email the address provided in the email yesterday and have received notice today, that address does not exist. It's a shame I had to rate with 1star in order to leave a review.

I ordered Willow tree figurines back in early March as gifts for Mother’s Day for my mother and others to add to my collection. A couple of weeks later I received 2 pairs of socks from China as a free gift. I have sent a number of emails asking where my products are. Firstly I was told to be patient, then that the warehouse was out of stock and were sending goods from a different warehouse and to expect package to arrive to the US in 15-21 days and I would get a tracking number once cleared customs. 21 days up and latest email still telling me to be patient. It’s obviously a scam and controlled by a robot. I have had several emails asking me if a friend or family member could help get my items out of customs. I refused. I was offered a 15% refund for my troubles. Here it is 5 months later and I have not received anything but socks. On its way, passed customs, stuck in customs, can I pay to have it released, willow figurines on their way again. Still waiting on the tracking order. Be patient and please wait 5-7 working days!!! BIG TIME SCAM!!!

Never received anything!!! Total scam

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I ordered a Willow figurine and I received a pair of socks! I have been chasing them for months and have had no joy just excuse after excuse. I will contact my bank and report a fraud.

NO STARS - FRAUD
Like others I purchased figurines back in February this year
They have never arrived
I got a pair of socks which they said was a free gift if I want a refund I’d have to return them or the cost would be deducted from a refund
I have requested a refund and sent an email saying this is a final notice or action will follow
They don’t care they’ve got their money

-1 if there was one. 5 months ago I ordered figurines. I received 2 pr of socks. I have received 33 messages from them in generic form about my order. There has got to be a way to retrieve my money.

Please don't use this company .... I ordered a Willow figure and 2 large garden items to the value of $48 approx. £38. I was told they had been delivered but the item I received on the day they claimed was not the order, it was actually a bottle of hair product!

I keep emailing asking for a refund or to send the items again, but like other reviews, I keep being told to be patient and wait 10 more working days!

Gutted as I normally check these things out beforehand, typically I didn't for this order, deeply regret it as I know I'm not going to get my items and have lost my money. Do not use this company!

I have had 16 emails from this company since the end of March, all I get is wait patiently, goods are on their way, been held up in customs, etc etc, the latest, after demanding a refund is, the application has to be reviewed by their Finance Dept, I cannot believe that this company has a finance dept, especially as the website is now nonexistant. I know I will probably not get my money back but I am not giving up just yet, hoping they will get annoyed with me and refund the money to get me off their backs!!

Same happened to me, so exited thinking of my beautiful figures and got to pairs or the ugliest socks ever!!!

I received two pairs of socks, too.
Saw the advertisement on instagram sind thought it was serious.
Nobody answered to my Emails later...

I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me leave a review without it. I placed an order, got charged for it. and have never received it. This is a group of SCAMMERS!!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I bought $40.00 worth of products and just received 2 pairs of socks. On top of this i tried to log on to their site and it is no longer a site. You live you lear i guess. So upsetting. Buyers beware. The only reason i bought from them is because i try to give business to different companies, heck I run a kindness group. No kindness toward this scam of a place now.

I'm absolutely gutted and wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered!! Spent over £40 on 4 Willow Tree figurines which were for 2 special birthdays. Now I'm down the money (which I really can't afford to lose) and still have to buy presents!! They even had the cheek to ask me to send a photo of my free gift!!! I bet they're laughing their (crappy sports) socks off Grrrr 🙄 😠 😡 👿

Ordered figurines, got socks. Won’t ever buy off Facebook again. If it seems to good to be true it is!!!!

wouldn't even give them one star but I had too.. ordered willow figurines and sent a pair of sports socks the dearest pair of sport socks ever!!!!

My rating is a big fat zero! Can't even be mad-should have checked them out. Too good to be true is always too good to be true!!! But after reading other responses it explains the socks I recieved!!!

Ordered 5 willow figures, they said it was delivered March 15th , package never arrived, they said once it is delivered it is out of their hands, offered me 50% discount, I told them not acceptable............ I paid full price want a full refund, they said that they pay lots for advertising and shipping and that is the best they can do .... tracking ticket shows Parcel in Downtown Edmonton, I do not live downtown Edmonton DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP EVER ...... :( IT'S A BIG SCAM
