I just installed the 2024 Outline Planner on my iPad Pro. I'm still getting used to the OP and Notability. What I love the most is that I will be able to use this for appointments and keeping meeting notes with my customers.....electronically, instead of on paper. Great value for me there. Well worth the cost and effort. Thanks!

I found out about Outline Planner last year and download the free pages that they had available and used them with my tax company. The digital planner has made my business move better by helping me stay on top of my appointments, which helps me be on time to every appointment.

I haven’t had the planner long, but I love the clean look and the multiple options for a weekly view, just to give my first impression. The planner has everything I need without too many thing I would never use.

I’ve tried the other company’s product, but OUTLINE PLANNER is heads & shoulders over the rest. Ralu has done her homework. It flows so easily and she has everything you need.

This planner seems perfect for my purpose. Simple and clean layout. Since I did not want to wait for CY 24 to start my planning experience I contacted the Ralu Petrea to get the remaining months of 23 to start my planning journey. Not only did I get an immediate response but got the plan of my choice for free. Hardly do you find such excellent customer service anymore. I would highly recommend this planner and company.

Since I started the digital planner world, I have bought many and even had one created to my specifics. None was ever totally what I was looking for. UNTIL I found the Outline Planner. I have been digital planning for about a year now and have tried a couple of different planners, none of which have fulfilled all of my needs or wants. The Outline Planner, however, hits all the buttons! It is a minimalist design but packed with every feature I could want to keep myself organized and archived. I like to use my planners as a tool for work but also a journal and they have thought of everything to make that happen. I purchased the 2024 planner and have set it up as far as I can for the year. Now I will have to impatiently wait to start using it properly everyday.

A very well thought out digital planner. There are many planners in the market, but the key to a great planner is it’s easy of use along with the depth of coverage. Ralu has done an exception job of making the planner and has made my life easier. Will continue to use her planner for a long long time!

I have been using paper planners for years, no complain, and then I came across this YouTube for Outline Planner mid of last year. I am so impressed but, I checked all other digital planners before I decided to try this. And so far I am loving it! I cannot go back to paper planner anymore. It is more convenient to use, fun to decorate and so many things I can do using Outline Planner.

I have been using these planners since 2019 when I found the lovely Ralu and all of these amazing resources. I LOVE being able to sit down, plan an annual training schedule, and pull my work and personal plans into one place with a "pen to paper" approach that satisfies my love of technology and NoteShelf. Trust that I've looked around and there's nothing like these out there.

The software is as advertised and works great!

The person behind this website is very well educated in how to make efficient notebooks that are still easy to use. Every template has a different set of features that make them very useful to use, and quite a lot of the templates have sample versions for free so you can test out if you'd find it useful for your purposes on your device (as long as you're willing to sign up for the newsletter). Every template is also around 1 MB in size, so that there's virtually no lag when using these templates.

This means that if you really like to make cutesy notebooks with lots of stickers, these notebooks are a great base for that. The free vault even has a sticker book to store your stickers in (though of course the more stickers you add to it the more laggy the sticker book gets)!

The notebooks I've personally used are the outline book, the bullet journal, and the A-Z notebook.

The outline book has many fantastic templates and sections for a variety of purposes. There's also two different types of sections, each of which is accessible from every page. Highly recommend that one for complicated projects where you want easy access to everything you've ever written and there's a lot to write down.

The bullet journal has an index that links to 100 different sections and every section is in a very simple format. The sections link to the previous and next sections as well as back to the index. Great way to structure simple notes where you don't have to constantly switch between sections but there's good reason to have a lot of sections. I wish there was a way to change between different templates, like an option for dotted, grid, and lined pages in every section. For now each notebook only has one template.

The A-Z notebook is the simplest of the bunch. Only 26 sections and every single page links to every section. Really making the most of this notebook means really making the most of Goodnotes (or whatever app you use). Unfortunately there's no free sample of this in the samples vault, but if you're looking for the simplest possible notebook where you can constantly move between each section (say if you're using this as a reference book) it's perfect. Again you can't change between formats here - every page in a given notebook has the same format of lined, grid, dotted, or blank.

Finally, the blog is quite good. I often will still take a template and want to change something about it before I load it up in my tablet, and the blog has a lot of fantastic tips from the owner about how to make your notebooks efficient, what a good planner looks like, which app to use, and some walkthroughs of different notebooks.

I've been using outline planner for two years now. I love that I can have a digital calendar on my iPad. The templates are amazing. I would recommend it to anyone.

I got the health book and it is a game changer. I have three people I keep track of and to be able to do that in one place is amazing! Keep making quality digital books and templates!

I discovered Ralu's pdf templates 2 years ago, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of her products. As a seasonal GoodNotes user, I have seen my fair share of templates, but Ralu's are hands down the best.
